Bell Fulur Ginza Main Store [Preserved flower specialty store]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] Nov. 30, 2016 12:00

For a long time, every time I passed in front of the shop, I was very worried.

It is a shop along Showa-dori, where many red roses displayed inside the store stand out.

belles01.JPG

When I entered the store, it was even more beautiful and gorgeous than I saw from the street.

belles02.JPG

This is Japan's first () preserved flower specialty store, and is the main store of a flower shop with shops in Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi, Ginza Mitsukoshi, and Matsuya Ginza only in Chuo-ku.

belles03.JPG

During this season, there are many Christmas decorations such as Christmas wreaths in the shop, making it even more gorgeous.

belles04.JPG

The reception of the shop was very pleasant, and I was taught carefully about the difference from dried flowers (my knowledge level is about that), and my home's Christmas wreath was old, so I purchased this lease here.

belles09.JPG

I heard that it was after noon on Saturday, but on the second floor of the shop, a preserved flower school was open.

belles05.JPG

The location of Bell Fulur Ginza Main Store is on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Osudani Building, Ginza 1-20-17.

On the east side of Showa-dori, right next to Gin Toichi Pedestrian Bridge.

belles06.JPG

Business hours are from 11:00 to 20:00.

belles07.JPG

By the way, for three days from December 2 (Fri) to 4 (Sun), Bell Fleur Flower Design College 2016 Design Exhibition "Flower Museum" will be held on the 10th floor of Miss Paris Ginza Main Store in Ginza 5-chome.

It seems to be a gorgeous exhibition using fresh flowers, preserved flowers, and artistic flowers.

belles08.JPG

In addition, we received special consent for photography in the store. Thank you very much

Tsukiji Fish Bank November 19 Open Exploration Report

[Silver] Nov. 28, 2016 14:00

Outside of Tsukiji Fish Bank, "Tsukiji Fish Bank" opened, and the arrival on the day of opening was 15:15, I could not enter, so I went on November 26.

First of all, when trying to go up to the third floor by the escalator, two scary demon masks and beautiful Akita.

DSC03365.JPG

The third floor is a rooftop plaza, and this time, Akita Prefecture and Tottori Prefecture co-hosted the "Hatahata Festival 2016".

A fish called Hatahata is written as san. God's God joins the fish bias. This fish belongs to the squirrelidae family, and in Akita Prefecture, it rushes into the shallow sea near the Oga Peninsula and lays eggs. The fishing season is from November to December, and thunder often starts to ring at this time, so it is said that such kanji came to be applied. At one time, I heard that fishing could only be obtained about 20 tons, but now about 800 tons are caught. In Tottori Prefecture, hatahata fishing seems to be popular. There were a lot of shops. I tasted and purchased nanban pickles of Hatahatahata. It's an appetizer for tonight's sake.

After entering the room through the rooftop plaza, you will find cafes, curry (curry), fried goods, and Chinese restaurants on your right hand.

DSC03374.JPG

At the restaurant of Kuchirin (curry), beef bowl and Hayashi 600 yen. Curry 550 yen, curry and palm match 650 yen, curry and beef bowl match 750 yen, Hayashi and beef bowl match 800 yen. There are plenty of toppings. There are fried food and Chinese restaurants.

DSC03382.JPG

At the fried food shop, charsew egg set meal is 1,250 yen, sashimi set meal is 1,350 yen, and fried set meal is 1,450 yen.

DSC03384.JPG

And there is a Chinese restaurant.

On the left side, there is a restaurant with reasonable prices of seafood bowls. "Ara cooked set meal 800 yen" seems to be very popular.

DSC03409.JPG

The second floor is a dedicated space for those who are opening stores on the Tsukiji Fish Bank.

I went around the shop on the first floor from the Odawarabashi building (along Harumi-dori St.).

In Kikuichi on the left immediately after entering, Japanese spiny lobster, who lived in the aquarium, was swimming.

Delicious tuna sashimi is sold, and specialty shops for salmon and fillets are also available.

I purchased salmon fillets and Gindara fillets at Kitada Fisheries.

You will enter the Kaisaibashi building across the Namiki-dori street. (You can also go from Haji Shrine)

There are many tuna specialty stores, and you can see the dismantling of tuna seriously. (It's not a demolition show.) This is tuna caught in Shiogama Port, Miyagi Prefecture.

DSC03418.JPG

Located in S03, "Daisei Honten" is a boiled octopus specialty store founded in 1922.

In addition to the boiled octopus, octopus octopus rice 600 yen, octopus rice rice 200 yen, and sea bream rice 600 yen are also popular.

DSC03441.JPG

Tsukiji Hokuei, located in N16, sold "Tsukiji Grocke" in addition to fresh tuna sashimi. It seems that this is registered as a trademark in (Maguro Menchi). If you buy 2 or 3, it's cheaper.

DSC03475.JPG

By the way, today, I purchased san's Nanban pickles, Oma's tuna sushi, octopus rice, Hokkaido's seasonal salmon, and Alaska's silver cod cake. I thought it would take some time to be good at shopping. I'll come again.

Important Notice

Business hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the first floor. The third floor is from seven a.m. to two p.m. : "General customers should come after 9 a.m.."

It's a notice. Baked fish are baked and sold at the store. ~ Kyokasuzuke Uokyu Ningyocho Store ~

[rosemary sea] Nov. 25, 2016 16:00

This is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as a watchword.

Today, we visited Uokyu Ningyocho, Inc.

The other day, I visited the main store, but this time it is an introduction to Ningyocho store.

Mr. Kamagata, General Manager of General Affairs Department, Uokyu Corporation, took care of me.

DSC01646a.jpg DSC01655a.jpg

DSC01649a.jpg DSC01651a.jpg

The Ningyocho store has a history of more than 30 years.

At first, it seems that it was open across the street.

It has been open here since 1999.

It is on sale of very delicious seafood Kyokasuzuke.

DSC01654a.jpg DSC01658a.jpg

The photo on the left above is an example of a good gift.

The photo on the right above is the back of Uokyu's wrapping paper. It explains how to bake kasuzuke well.

I'm a little happy to be worried.

DSC01653a.jpg DSC01657a.jpg

What is different from Uokyu's other shops is a special event from 7 to 8 years ago, a year-end event of charcoal grilling and selling at several types of Kasuzuke stores.

It is an annual event, but this year starts on Monday, November 28 this month.

It starts baking around 11:00 a.m. every day except Sunday during the year.

You can enjoy the good scent of fish.

DSC01660b.jpg

I had a special Nigidara baked at the shop. (Photo above)

It's a little different from what I sell, and I'm having it put it on a plate.

It is said that what is usually baked at a nearby restaurant is sold as "baked fish", but freshly baked ones have a different fat illuminance.

It is only at this time that you bake at the store, so be sure to take a look at the professional baking process.

Thank you very much for your purchase.

You can enjoy the taste of the restaurant at home.

In addition, it seems that you can have a very good time with rice.

"Making the best of the season and protecting the taste"-Kyokasuzuke Uokyu-

[rosemary sea] Nov. 23, 2016 16:00

It is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as an index.

DSC01634a.jpgDSC01641a.jpgToday, we visited a famous store of Kyokasuzuke, Uokyu Co., Ltd., and the main store Kyokasuzuke shop.

Uokyu's kasuzuke is a favorite of Rosmari's mother-in-law, Ke.

Mr. Osada, General Manager of Uokyu Co., Ltd.

First of all, from history ...

Hisashi Shimizu, the first generation of Uokyu, is from Nara Prefecture.

Trained in Kyoto and went to Nihonbashi.

In 1914, Uokyu Shoten opened a high-class fresh fish merchant in Kakigara-cho.

I was attracted to many restaurants because of my connoisseurity.

In 1937, it was inherited by Toshio Hirota, the second generation, and together with his wife, Tome, began serving food in addition to fresh fish merchants.

At that time, the Nihonbashi area was a place where rice brokers with noisy taste came and went.

In response, Mr. Uokyu's Kasuzuke gained a reputation.

In 1940, "Edo-style Kappo cuisine Uokyu" opened. Tome-san is a great landlord.

In response to the voice saying, "I want to make Uokyu's Kasuzuke a souvenir." In 1969, we opened a restaurant called "Kyo Kasuzuke Uokyu", a specialty store for Kasuzuke.

It is Kyoto Kasuzuke derived from famous sake in Fushimi, Kyoto.

"Utilizing the season and protecting the taste" ... Uokyu's commitment has been handed down to Kasuzuke, with the patronage of many customers.

I am currently the fifth generation, President Yoshiyuki Hirota.

↑ alfonsino. ↑ The left is a book straw. What's the right?

At present, sake lees are blended and pickled from all over the country.

Also, the number of days to pickle varies depending on the fish species. It seems that he continues to protect the taste of "Uokyu" by the method most suitable for fish species.

There are various assortments, but it is also possible to match the taste of the gift destination. Please feel free to contact us.

In addition, there is "Japanese Cuisine Uokyu" next to you.

We have kaiseki meal, shabu-shabu and sushi.

At lunchtime, we also have lunch as "Eat-in Ajimise".

Here is the food lipo of the rosmari food lipo corps. It's very popular, such as salmon, squid, etc.

"It was a mellow and elegant taste." Mr. Ikura.

"I enjoyed the taste of various fish. All of them were delicious." Mr. F River.

"It was sweet and fat." Mr. Kko.

"The taste of Kyoto in the middle of Edo is a luxurious dish!" O.

"Even if you don't like fish, it's sweet and delicious enough to shout" delicious "." Mr. Tsan, 3.

"It was a special taste compared to general kasuzuke." Mr. T. 2.

"I felt a blissful time when I was able to eat the taste of the restaurant at home." Mr. S branch.

"I was very pleased when I gave it to my parents' mother. Perfect as a gift! Mr. S Yama.

And my mother, Ke. "It was delicious. Best to accompany rice."

There are the main store, Ningyocho store, and Ginza store in Chuo-ku. I'm also in department stores such as Mr. Takashimaya.

There is also an eat-in Ajimise lunch service at the Ginza store.

Ginza night view exploration starting with Christmas preparation for Ginza①

[Silver] Nov. 18, 2016 12:00

On November 15th, we walked along the back street from Matsuya to K.Itoya in Itoya and went to the Western-style izakaya "Gindachi" that we had never introduced before. Since the depreciation of the yen, many visitors have come to Japan. Here, people from Western countries have always enjoyed Happy Hour. I didn't have any space to stand and drink today.

1479216357336.jpg

When I tried to get out of the alley to Ginza Street, I noticed that the polka dot-shaped lighting that used to be gone.

1479216461299.jpg

On Ginza Street, "Tiffany", who loves elegance, has set up a Christmas tree in the store.

1479216511340.jpg

The display of the small window here is very nice, but in the past, in "Ginza Gaku", the decoration and exhibition of the small window have "design rights", so I learned that it is better not to take photos unnecessarily, so I will refrain from introducing it. Please enjoy it with your own eyes.

By the way, the decoration of the wall of "BVLGARI" that will entertain people who come and go through the city of Ginza every year. "Serpente", a large snake that shines in platinum color. At the top, there is a decoration like a chrysanthemum crest (or sunflower).

1479216529259.jpg

You can enjoy the dynamic illuminations of the opposite CHANEL building all year round. I love this too.

And the big show window of "Wako" in Ginza 4-chome. Shirakuma's parents and children were gathering the gaze of passers-by.

1479216587367.jpg

Sweets of WAKO ANNEX. It's perfect as a souvenir or as a gift.

1479248056832.jpg

Cupid of Tenshodo. It seems that they are watching the people who visited Ginza.

Well, let's make this evening moisturize your throat around here!

Everyone, please enjoy the night illuminations of Ginza after shopping, eating, etc.

"Ama Sake of Japanese Confectionery" Eitaro x Dassai-Eitaro Sohonbu-

[rosemary sea] Nov. 13, 2016 09:00

This is rosemary sea, which covers "gifts and enjoy yourself" as an emblem.

This time, I would like to introduce the new products of Eitaro Sohonho.

In the article uploaded on October 4, "Delicious gem 2 still there", we introduced sake lees Karinto.

Sake Kasu Rinto is a product released on September 5 as a collaboration product with Asahi Sake Brewery in Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

This time, in collaboration with Asahi Sake Brewery in amazake, the product name "Ama Sake Eitaro x Dassai" was newly released on November 7.

This product was developed by Eitaro Sohonho Co., Ltd. with the license of the registered trademark of "Dassai" owned by Asahi Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ishikura, Director of the Public Relations Office of Eitaro Sohonbu Co., Ltd., gave permission for articles and images.

Well, let's introduce the product.

Ama Sake Eitaro x Dassai -1b.jpg, a Japanese confectionery shop

Ama Sake Eitaro x Dassai -2a.jpg, a Japanese confectionery shop

This amazake is packed with a lot of commitment as a Japanese confectionery shop.

Dissemination Part 1 "Sweets to Drink"

"I want to make something really delicious." ・・ ・ ・ The philosophy of Asahi Shuzo and Eitaro resonated, and the amazake was realized.

2 Specialized manufacturing method that brings out the taste of sake lees

A special manufacturing method that stirs sake lees slowly and slowly, and emulsified at high pressure.

This product has a smooth texture and is easy to drink. In order to make the most of the goodness of sake lees, it is manufactured without fragrance and color. No extra material other than liquid sugar is used.

Uses sake lees from the 3 pure rice daiginjo Dassai.

The sake lees produced from Dassai, which is made by polishing the domestic sake rice Yamada Nishiki, is attractive for its gorgeous aroma and less miscellaneous taste that retains the lingering sound of sake.

I also had rosmary.

From family comment...

"Milky taste. It's easy to drink like a juice."

And the rozumali ...

"It's quite different from ordinary amazake. Even in the refreshing aftertaste, the finish is slightly refreshing. As expected, Eitaro, I know how to make you happy."

It's 770g, 1200 yen excluding tax.

Alcohol contained in sake lees is less than 1.0%. If you are sensitive to alcohol, please be careful.

It is available at supermarkets, convenience stores, mass retailers, etc. nationwide, but at Eitaro Sohonho, only Nihonbashi head office is available.
