Recently, I had a chance to visit Chuo FM, but I was moving to B1 in Tokyo Square Garden, which was newly built in Kyobashi. The stadium is covered with glass that can be seen from the outside. I'm nervous about recording than before. I found the best store as a launch of such a recording that I wanted to drink something that didn't work very well, so I will introduce it.

The location is next to the Central FM. The name of the store is "Dassai Bar 23", a delicious sake that is not to mention to sake lovers, and the name of Asahi Sake Brewery "Dassai". In fact, Dassai's first antenna shop-like still store opened in Tokyo, and it has the style of store & bar. It is a bar where you can not only drink various kinds of Dassai, but also eat delicious meals.

 

First of all, it's a good idea. What I saw was the refrigerator with various Dassai as shown in the photo. Since it can be seen in glass, it is effective as a show case. I've never been to Dassai's brewery, so I've never met so many kinds of Dassai. I'm a little overwhelmed. Chairs and tables, which seem to have good furnishings, create a calm bar atmosphere, but bartender (Is this name a sake bar?) Glasses are lined up in front of the light behind it, so it doesn't feel too heavy. I'm sure I felt the impression of expressing transparency along with the glass of the refrigerator. Even though convenience stores and nearby liquor stores have such a refrigerator and show case, it does not create this atmosphere. It must be a device of the contrast of light with shadows.

 

I am worried about what to drink in such a beautiful shop. When I looked through the menu to find out how to calm this feeling, there was a set of tasting. This was what I was looking for now. There are 3 types and 5 types, but without hesitation, I chose 5 types. By the way, the content was 2 types of sparkling Nigori sake and 3 types of regular pure rice sake with different rice polishing ratios. The five highlights were that there was a high-class oriented new product, "Go ahead of the brush", so I chose this. The sake that came out is as shown in the picture below.

It was a little luxurious launch. The fun moment is short. This time, I left the shop with the feeling that I would like to drink another type in normal size. The people of Central FM seemed to be still working. Thanks to drinking at a good shop, the feeling of frustration that I felt a little subsides and the change of mind is successful.

Shintomi-cho, which is adjacent to Ginza and Tsukiji, is a stylish town, just like Shimbashi, once home to many restaurants.

There are a number of delicious hideaway shops known to those who know it.

 

The recently opened French in Shintomi-cho is Sensibilite.

It is a shop that has the perfect name "bistro", which means an izakaya with no small shoulders, and has four tables and four counters.

I don't get tired of watching what I'm making now and how I'm serving it like that.

 

Lunch is 1200 yen with appetizers and main bread and drinks.

The dessert is plus 200 yen.

Both appetizers and main dishes are selected from two types, fish and meat.

 

I chose coffee for the appetizer, marine basilico flavor of fish and shellfish, and the main dish was a white fish with organic vegetables from Griere Shizuoka.

Marina is full of squid, octopus, shrimp, and clams.

The sauce is mild and just right.

The raw vegetables attached were also fresh and crisp, but what surprised me was that the cucumber slices were star-shaped or heart-shaped.

This is not a die-cut, but there are farmers who make it in such a form.

Green asparagus, turnip, okra, green beans, and Morocco beans are lightly boiled and have a very vivid color, and the sweetness and the original taste of vegetables are solid.

I hear this is sent from Shizuoka every day.

At the end, I was very happy to have a lot of coffee.

 

After that, there was an errand, so I didn't ask for wine, but delicious wine is indispensable for delicious food.

This is the shop I would like to visit again at night.

Birthday dinner at Ginza Latour

On the birthday of last month, I had a celebration at Ginza Latour in the Kojunsha Building.

 

This is also a shop I wanted to visit for a long time.

The chef is Shimizu, who trained at Tour Jardin in Paris.

I didn't hope because I'm coming on my birthday today.

It was an easy-to-drink wine that was mainly Merlot and was not so heavy.

Not only the fish, but also the warm vegetables around them were delicious.

A wonderful person I met in the ward-Part 3-"Japan-China friendship is from a familiar place"

We visited Kenyoshi Hu, an advisor to Iinuma General Law Office, which has an office in Ginza 2-chome, and a doctor of law. Tiffany Building. JPG

 

A stylish [Tiffany] building that attracts a special eye on the main street of Ginza. On the 7th floor, "Iinuma Sogo Law Office" is located. One evening, when I visited Hu here, I was kindly interviewed. I was a little nervous because I was smiling and polite, so I was completely relieved.

 

Hu is from Shanghai, China. After graduating from the prestigious Fudan University, I decided to study abroad. As a result of narrowing down to the United States, Australia, and Japan, it was decided to be Japan. I'm glad you have chosen Japan. However, before studying abroad, he didn't know much about Japan so much, and he could hardly speak Japanese. In such a situation, my head goes down to the action that was decided and executed with courage.

In Japan, I studied law at Sophia University. I heard that I was able to meet a very good teacher. Since then, he has continued to study law, and now his main job is providing advice and consulting on contracts with foreign countries. A few books have been published. In today's world where overseas business is evolving more and more, it seems that the field of activity is expanding further.

 

 

Tom, "What do you think is necessary for business development overseas?"

Mr. Hu says, "Three of philosophy, business, and law are properly connected."

Tom "Yes. Inadvertently, you may lose your eyes to your immediate interests and lose sight of what you really wanted to do. Philosophy is important."

Mr. Hu, "That's right. If you are wondering, it is important to return to the starting point and think about it. In other words, businesses without "philosophy" will not last long."

As Mr. Hu said, "philosophy is important for business," he seems to be deeply considered about universal values. In fact, he is thinking how to make use of "troop law" that he has been interested in since high school in his business. In addition to "Sanko's Hyoho", which is well-known in Japan, he taught a part of the famous Hyoho Thirty-sixkei. One of the 36, "throwing balls," means "passing unvalued ones to enemies and getting high-value ones," but I think it is certainly a lesson that can be used in modern diplomacy and business. By the way, the phrase "I don't want to escape thirty-six meters" is not directly related to this military law, and it seems that someone used it in the sense of "Escape anyway, rather than military law."

When I was talking with Hu, I heard a lot of stories and made me feel very relaxed. I think this is Mr. Hu's personality. Although there are politically jerky parts between Japan and China, I reaffirmed the importance of open and interacting with each other from familiar places. I would like to promote "Japan-China friendship" because it is a neighboring country.

On the way home, Hu told me a "recommended lunch spot". [Mikimoto Lounge] located on the 3rd floor of [Mikimoto Boutique] in the same Ginza 2-chome. It is said that you can enjoy a relaxing and rich lunch time for 1,500 yen. Yeah, it certainly looks nice, but it feels hard for a man alone to enter. But I decided to visit it once.

 

 

After finishing a refreshing conversation with Hu, I stepped into the town of Ginza, and the stylish taste of the city fluttered in the lightness of summer evenings.

 

 

In search of coolness in Ningyocho <Judo Hiyokan>

 The intense heat of the day after the rainy season has eased a little, and the days when it is easy to spend for a while, but if the day goes higher, the house will be humid. The news that there are surprisingly many heat stroke indoors crossed my head, reminded me of a sticker next to the entrance of Kotobukido in Ningyocho, and started preparing for coolness.

 Judo is located along Ningyocho-dori Street, and famous confectionery called "Koganeimo" is a signboard product, and when you pass near the shop, you have a slight scent of nikki. However, the aim of this time is "Koori Yokan".
 What is ice yokan? While imagining that it's like an azuki bar ... and imagining this, I ordered three bottles to the shop. The real thing that came out of the freezer was a cute, yokan stuck in a bamboo skewer. He shouted, "Oh!" In his heart, and paid and rushed home.
 
 The size is 1-2cm square, about 7cm long. Refreshing texture, non-sticky, elegant sweetness. It didn't melt and collapse, and it was a crisp and crisp taste. Put up with 2 or 3 bottles and where you want to eat, and the remaining 2 bottles go to the freezer. Please take care of it again on a hot day.
