[Dimini ☆ Cricket] December 19, 2016 14:00

This ramen shop is located on the first basement floor of Kyobashi Edgran, a new building built in Kyobashi 2-chome.

sorano000.JPG

Kyobashi Edgran is directly connected to Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.

sorano010.JPG

The main store is located at 1-chome, Hirakawacho, Chiyoda-ku, and the official name of the Kyobashi store is "Soranoirotonkotsu & Mushrooms".

sorano030.JPG

Order special spice tonkotsu buckwheat

The soup is unique, just spicy, and the curry scent remains in the scent that goes through the nose.

Pakchi is also included, and the impact of India and Thailand is great.

sorano020.JPG

The noodles are medium-sized noodles.

There is a spicy sprout on the table, and a punch is effective as a chopstick rest.

Anyway, it is a shop that has an impact on the taste and wants to come to eat another menu again.

Next time, I will come to eat "Mushroom Veggie Shirayu Soba".

sorano040.JPG

In front of the shop, vegetable juice was sold. This is said to be a cold press juice shop in Kojimachi that opened in collaboration with Soranoiro.

yakis010.JPG

"Tsuruhashi Kichin" is an Osaka okonomiyaki and teppanyaki restaurant located on the first basement floor of Tokyo Square Garden, which I have introduced before.

yakis020.JPG

It is easy to use both day and night, but today we order "Tai noodle sauce fried soba set meal, fried egg" at lunch time.

yakis040.JPG

For some reason, I want to eat sauce fried noodles regularly.

You can choose one from white rice, salad, and seasonal side dishes. Select seasonal side dishes

yakis030.JPG

The texture of thick noodles is good.

I recommend the sauce fried noodles made with thick noodles.

Miso soup is also delicious

Event kitchen space "BETTARA STAND Nihonbashi"

[Mido] December 13, 2016 09:00

Next to Takarada Ebisu Shrine, which is famous for "Bettara City", "BETTARA STAND Nihonbashi" opened on December 2nd. This place seems to have been newly started as an event space and open cafe kitchen facility using Thai 2 houses and DIY stalls on the land that was originally a parking lot (approximately 150 square meters).

Taking advantage of the location next to Takarada Ebisu Shrine, the concept was "relaxing and bustling like a shrine precinct where people gather." In the kitchen cafe space, you can eat craft beer and sake selected from all over the country, as well as snacks such as special products of the Nihonbashi area (such as Bettara pickles). The semi-open-air open cafe is a bit cold this season, but it is a space with a sense of openness. It seems that he is aiming for a "standing drinking bar" where he can easily drop in.

In addition, some of the facilities include a Book Gallery "Hari no Bookstore", which collects Little Press from all over the country, and also sells selected books. In addition, we are planning rental plans such as product exhibitions, wedding parties, and company commemorative parties in various parts of Japan, and we hope that it will be used as a multipurpose event space.
