This is "Cantina Sicily Italian cuisine specialty store in Ginza 4-chome, "Cantina Sicilyna Tut Ilmarre"

sicili201801.JPG

The nearest station is Higashiginza Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and Toei Asakusa Line.

Located on the corner of the street, it's a stylish pink house bar, so it's easy to understand.

sicili201806.jpg

Today, we enjoyed lunch at the restaurant on the second floor with wine.

Lunch pasta has a variety of variations and can be selected.

sicili201803.JPG

Assorted appetizers

It comes with homemade bread.

sicili201804.JPG

Sicily-style sardines and celery tomato sauce Tariolini

Taliolini is a thin flat pasta.

It's thinner than fettucine, it's a raw pasta, so it's good to throat and good from the sauce.

From Monday to Saturday, from 11:30 to 3:00 the following day

Sunday and public holidays are from 11:30 to 22:00.

The terrace seats on the first floor also have an atmosphere, so it's nice.

An authentic bar in Ginza ★Opa

[Mapo ★] August 24, 2018 12:00

This is my first bar in Ginza.
This time I was taken to the bar by someone familiar with me.

It is located at 1-chome of Ginza Yanagi-dori St. and goes down the stairs.

opa1.JPG

This is a shop where even female customers can easily enter.
I hear you are aiming for it.
Certainly there are many female staff in the hall.
It's not the atmosphere of a bar where only uncles gather.
It seems that even a woman alone can go.

opa3.JPG

Drink wine cooler, gintonic, etc.
While pinching nuts and pickles
It was fun to talk about Uda (laughs).

I didn't notice it at the shop.
Looking at the homepage, what is the current season?
Peach daikiri, peach fruit martini
I think there's something like that.

opa2.JPG

I love fruit cocktails, too.
It's popular with women.

In the future, I wanted to develop a little bar!

Locabocake, a hot topic using vegetables from Gunma Prefecture @ Gunma-chan family

[Hanes] August 24, 2018 09:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
As with me, I exercise with awareness of health, try to eat well-balanced meals, and so on.
Isn't there a lot of people who care about calories during a diet?
I would like to recommend this time for such people, Gunma-chan's antenna shop in Gunma Prefecture.

IMG_0156-.jpg

A senior correspondent, Mr. Rushi, introduced low-calorie “Konjac Yakisoba”.
(Article: I moved to 7-chome. Gunma Antenna Shop "Gunma-chan House"
We also deal with Rocabo products with loose carbohydrates that have been talked about now.

IMG_0166.JPG

That's it...Collaboration cake of vegetables from Gunma prefecture and patisserie potato zier
Patisserie Potazier is the world's first vegetable sweets specialty store, and it is also the world's first vegetable sweets specialty store.
It has become a very hot topic even after a few years since it opened!
At that time, I was a high school student in Ibaraki Prefecture, and I went to a shop in Kamimeguro.
I gave up buying a cake after seeing a long line.
This time, I heard that you can eat the cake without going to Nakameguro.
I went to Gunma-chan's house right away

8 kinds of cakes lined up elegantly on the show window...
If vegetables are transformed into such a delicious cake, even children who are not good at vegetables can eat them.
The vegetables used in these cakes are tomatoes, komatsuna, pumpkins, beets, corn, eggplants, burdock and perilla....
Broccoli and green beans are also used in the other two kinds of cakes that were not lined up at the store this time!
Eggplants, burdock, and broccoli are particularly surprising choices, and I still care about the taste....

GPP.jpg

Meanwhile, I had eggplants, sake from Gunma Prefecture (the famous sake "Mizubasho"), flour, and baby celery.
Adult cake "SAKE Comport Fromage Blanc of Fig and Eggplant"
It is eggplant that looks faintly under the fig.
You don't notice it unless you say it, right?
It's a taste, but in the compote of the eggplant, I feel a little "eggplant?"
It's surprisingly easy to eat.

IMG_20180818_124744_556.jpg

And you can enjoy it from the side! From the top
Fig compote, eggplant compote, compote syrup jelly with sake, etc.
It is a fromage bran mousse, sake soy jocondo, and whole fig compote.
The mousse and jocondo were modest in sweetness and had an elegant taste that enhanced the goodness of the ingredients.
And the figs that are hidden and packed in the whole are very satisfying to eat.
Perfect when you want to be a little luxurious

DSC_2611.JPG

Rather than limiting calories, low-carbohydrate not only does blood sugar rise, but also makes it harder to gain weight.
You can eat locabo cakes and eat delicious vegetables.
Isn't the 10 kinds of cakes sold at the Gunma-chan family, especially sweets that girls can't miss?

As an aside, there are many antenna shops in Chuo-ku, right?
Personally, I feel that this situation is similar to the Daimyo residence of the Edo period.
During the Edo period, the area around the current Tornale Nihonbashihamacho and Nihonbashihamacho Post Office was around the present Tornale Nihonbashihamacho.
There was Nakayashiki of Ueno Tatebayashi Domain (Gunma) Akimoto Tajima Morishiasa (60,000 stones).
The rough location can be confirmed from goo Map Edo (cut-picture map) Nihonbashi Kita-Uchikanda Ryogoku Hamacho statement (around Meijiza / Nihombashi Station).
The Gunma-chan family is located in Ginza, but during the Edo period, Gunma-related people lived in Chuo-ku!
Knowing such unexpected connections makes history look interesting.

[August Limited] How about a gin filled with the scent and history of Scotland?

[Hanes] August 22, 2018 18:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
We have introduced two places in Chuo-ku where you can enjoy overseas culture and cuisine.
Do you need an airplane? Excursions in Greece and Italy[Russian Year in Japan] Russian culture to enjoy in Chuo-ku
Have you already checked the Scottish Gin & Tonic Gallery, which is open at Suitengumae Station only in August?

IMG_0202.JPG

There are many restaurants in the ward that serve English cuisine, but there are many restaurants in the ward.
This shop only sells Scotland gins for August only.
I was invited to a fashionable gin bottle that I don't usually see, and went to the store....

IMG_0181.JPG

The interior is full of Scotland!
Harris Gin's poster, a poster showing the state of the Hebridez Islands.
Harris Tweed goods, maps showing gin distillation in Scotland, various tartans...
Perhaps because I've lived in Scotland, I'm not tired of watching it all the time.

SGT.jpg

As mentioned above, gin is the main restaurant, but in August we also offer lunch with Scotland ingredients specially.
You can have an open sandwich with Scotland smoked salmon and scallops tartar.
This time, I ordered smoked salmon open sandwiches and gin tea.

IMG_0187.JPG

The thick salmon smoked with peat had a nostalgic taste, saying, "This is Scotland salmon!"
When it comes to fresh and delicious fish, Japanese names are often listed even when searching all over the world.
As for smoked salmon, it's still Scotland.
At a supermarket in U.K., besides Smoked Salmon, it was written as Scottish Smoked Salmon.
As you can see the package, Scotland smoked salmon is exceptional in Japan!
Since it is higher than those from other production areas, places where you can eat this way in Japan are very valuable.

And the cheddar cheese from Scotland that was accompanied was
According to the clerk, "I'm salty, so please tear it little by little."
It's rich in Japanese cheese, and the smoked flavor goes well with open sand.
It tastes better for whiskey than wine, and I also felt Scottish here.
This cheese seems to be available on the saketry website.
It was exhibited in a cute show window inside the store.

IMG_0192.JPG

And the gin tea I ordered is non-alcoholic tea.
It is a blend of ingredients used in botanical gin scenting, such as Juniper Berry, Angelica Route, Koreander Seed, lycolis, cinnamon, orange peel, etc.
From this photo, you can see Juniper Berry, which is famous for its fragrance of gin.
There is no doubt that it is a rare drink that allows you to know the source of the gin scent.

IMG_0183.JPG

On this visit, I ordered the main gin and missed it.
Here you can taste the premium gin of Scotland (especially from the distillery in the islands), which will be the first landing in Japan.

IMG_0195.JPG

They are scented with materials harvested on the island where the distillery is located.
Some of them used Angelica, which was brought to Oakney by Nord people in the past.
A selection of gins that condensed land materials, history and culture
It is a restaurant that I would like to recommend for those who like alcohol!
