Tsukiji TASS Galari-Wakamatsuya 2-person exhibition has started.

[Silver] October 28, 2010 13:00

"Wakamatsuya-san" is located at 6-12-3 Tsukiji. I have a good sense every four seasons from about 30 years to 10 years.

I was buying a polo shirt. At the "Marugoto Museum" meeting last year.

From the first time I had a close talk, I became a fan of my husband, Masahiro Sato.

Today, I would like to introduce the works of a wonderful artist exhibited at Mr. Sato's gallery.

I visited you during the talk of Mr. Sato and the painter Kenta Takayama.

CIMG6777.jpg

First of all, when you open the door, Tomoko Hamazaki's work is shining.

CIMG6778.jpg

The work has been filmed and turned into electrical lighting.

Let's dance "El Chokuro" and "La Kumpursita" on the rhythm of tango.

CIMG6779.jpg

A modest artist, Kenta Takayama. I'm exhibiting astringent work.

This work does not appear in daytime lighting, so it is recommended to visit after sunset.

CIMG6782.jpg

It seems that the color of the picture in the center is Procian Blue.

In this work, the attitude of sticking to Mr. Takayama's color and the desire for traffic safety for children are expressed.

Is it only me who felt that it was reflected?

CIMG6783.jpg

Looking at the whole museum's public relations magazine, it seems that he is doing a shadow painting workshop.

When I asked Mr. Sato, it seems that I can still apply at the experience corner. Call03-3541-0124

Participation fee ¥1,000 (including material costs). The recommendation of this silver is until November 6th (Sat).

Limited to Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store "Emotion Mont Blanc" by Pierre Elme Paris

[Satsuki Yanagi] October 20, 2010 09:00

The other day's article by "Neko on the Hill" Town Walking Tour "Tokyo Stock Exchange Course 2nd"

I'm a willow who was nominated!

In the coming season, I look forward to Mont Blanc, which is made by various patisseries every year.

Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store, "Pierre Hermé paris Pierre Elme Paris Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi" on the basement 1F of the main building.

I found it.

"Pierre Elme Paris" has boutiques in Aoyama, Shinjuku Isetan, Seibu Shibuya, Tokyo Daimaru, Seibu Ikebukuro, etc.

This is only available at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store for a limited time (10/1 to 26).

I bought two.

P1030086.jpg

This is in a glass, and you can clearly see what it looks like.

P1030118.jpg

When I opened the box at home, each was put in an acrylic case, and each was pasted with a cold packing agent, and even a paper napkin and a spoon.

It is an eco-friendly cooling agent.

Environmental Cooling agent: The content is recognized as a food additive, but is not drinking water.

P1030142.jpg

●The content is mild acidic sterile water. ●It can be sterilized and reused as disinfectant at home.

P1030146.jpg

From the top, Mont Blanc cream, mascarpone cream with a scent of vanilla, jelly of strawberries and Egrantines (no roses), biscuy with nuts (sponge), and jelly of marron.

P1030126.jpg

In addition to the style, unlike the usual Mont Blanc, the mascarpone cream scented with vanilla is rich, milky and delicious!

The top Mont Blanc cream, unlike those that are just too sweet, has a strong flavor of malon, with intermediate jelly and lower malon jelly accents.

"Pierre Elme Paris"'s sweets are attracting the attention of patissiers from all over the world, but the combination of tastes and stylish decorations are groaning, "Oh, I'm sure!" !

I accompanied you to visit a long-established Nihonbashi town walk

[Shitamachi Tom] October 12, 2010 09:45

Under the plan of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association, a "town walk tour" is being implemented.foot

Tourist correspondents are also taking turns to help guides.

On this day, I was accompanied by a tour to visit a famous Nihonbashi store.

20101006 Nihonbashi (2)_R.JPG
First of all, I visited Mr. Yamamoto. It is a long-established store that has been in business for 320 years, and I felt the history and pride that was also depicted in Ukiyo-e in the Edo period.

Everyone who participated was also buying tea and seaweed as souvenirs.note

Next, I visited PILOT [Pen Station].

There is also a museum that conveys the history of fountain pens. The English word "PILOT" has the meaning of "a pilot" before being a pilot, but I am deeply moved by the fact that the business was started with the spirit of opening up the future of the times.lovely

Inside the museum, there is also a sample of a fountain pen that incorporates the techniques of ancient Japanese lacquerware, making it fun just by looking at it.

There is also a stylish cafe on the first floor. Please drop in during the walk.

It was a "town walk" with various new discoveries. Thank you very much for your help.shoe

Morning Market at Tsukiji Honganji Temple

[Shitamachi Tom] October 12, 2010 09:00

Honganji Morning Market (1)_R.JPGVarious events are held on the grounds of Tsukiji Honganji Temple, but it is also interesting to see the peaceful morning market where you can shop with a calm feeling.eye

Previously, it was held on the 16th of every month, but from now on, it seems that it will be held on the second Sunday of every month from 8:00 to 14:00. The next time is scheduled for October 17th (Sun).

It seems that "Ginza Yoshimizu" introduced in another article is in charge of the secretariat.

Stores that sell fresh ingredients, mainly vegetables and agricultural products, are lined up. It's fun just to walk around the large precincts and look at the storefront.

It feels like a marche in Paris, and after shopping, it may be fun to walk around Ginza.

Try the morning scenery of Tsukiji, not just the central wholesale market.sign03

Men's Handicraft Exhibition vol.6

[The cat on the slope] 11:00 on October 6, 2010

As you all know, there are many galleries and galleries in the Ginza area.

Today, let's introduce one of them, "Man's Handicraft Exhibition vol.6" held at Gallery Yugen.

As the name implies, all the works are made by male artists. I thought it was a bold and wild atmosphere, and there were many delicate and beautiful works lined up at the venue.

Information board in front of the venue: Various works such as pottery, accessories, glass, metalwork, bags, ocarina, furniture, etc. are introduced.

  PA050100.JPG  PA050096.JPG   PA050099.JPG

All the photos are works by Koji Totsuka. He seems to be working on creative work by managing a limited amount of time while he is busy at work.

PA050103.JPG  PA050102.JPG

The expression of the work that combines kindness and astringency reflects the way of life of the creator.

One of the originalities of Totsuka's work is the lampshade on the right of the photo. A fantastic light is born from a slit that is carefully opened one by one based on detailed calculations.

"Man's Handicraft Exhibition vol.6" will be held until October 10 (Sun).

Time is from 11:00 to 19:00 (last day ~ 17:00) Click here for a map of the venue.

Please come to the venue and enjoy the autumn of art.
