The soba shop "Seiya No. 9" also appeared on TV

[May rain George] Nov. 7, 2018 09:00

This time, we will introduce the recommended soba shop, Makotoya No. 9 store in Ningyocho, from many soba shops in the Nihonbashi area. If I can go, lunch is OK in 5 a week. It is a delicious soba restaurant that you can use everyday, never get tired of eating every day.

▲The entrance of the shop

Located about a 5-minute walk from Ningyocho Station, this shop is named "No. 9", but here is only one soba shop. (On the recently renewed homepage, "No. 9" was taken and became "Ningyomachi Makotoya". By the way, "Shin" is the name of the owner's father.)

Rather, it is a self-service store that looks like a stand-up soba, and although it is a dressing-only store, it is a system that buys a meal ticket at a ticket vending machine, passes it over the counter, and goes to pick it up when it is completed. Nori, seaweed, seaweed, fried balls, wasabi, etc. are prepared at the pick-up port, and add it yourself.

Mori soba is 500 yen in average (200g), 600 yen in medium (300g), 700 yen in large (400g). The popular gravy soup soba is 680 yen, everything is reasonable.

By the way, near the heart, flat noodles with a thickness of about 1 to 1.5 mm are truly beautiful. A variety of shaded coarse ground buckwheat grains are mixed in the overall transparent fabric. The tongue catches the rough feel of coarse ground soba, and at the same time, the scent of soba follows. Draining is perfect, and you can feel firm.

The taste of the soba I was looking for was coarse ground soba that my mother hit at my parents' home when I was a child. I hope you can enjoy that feeling in Tokyo. Moreover, the cost performance is high!

Next, put a small amount of green onions and wasabi on the side and soak them in soup. It is said that soy sauce with less sweetness is used in this season. It is slightly returned and the taste of soy sauce rises, but I think this is the best match in this country side with strong habit. If it was too sweet, it would be fun.
It is said that buckwheat flour is usually made from North America. And in the evening part, the small noodles of 10% domestic soba flour are offered. This is delicious again!

The soba hot water in the pot is cloudy and seems to contain a lot of rutin, and hot. I'll put it in right away if it's gone. There is also a soba inoguchi at the reception, so I'm grateful when you have soba hot water.

If you register as a member, you can receive the tempura service of the day every time. Currently, there are eight types of weekly service products that I am checking.

You will receive an email of "This week's Service" at 7:00 am Monday. Just show the image when you give your meal ticket, and tempura is served. Isn't it a nice service even though it's small!

There is a reason why Makotoya's soba is delicious. Mr. Fukuda, a shopkeeper from Tochigi Prefecture, actually his original occupation is a salesman in charge of soba flour, a major milling manufacturer. Soba flour is noisy because he is a master who knows the features and properties of soba flour.

By the way, the current lunch coarse soba seems to have reached "Soba flour 7: flour 3" as a percentage to draw out the scent of soba and flatten it.

Another face of this shopkeeper, in fact, is a big fan of Eikichi Yazawa. In the evening section, from 17:00 to 20:00, we also open at the same time as acoustic live.

Naga's photo appeals to the outside of the store‥‥

A good thing about the owner's song singing as a Naga-chan! If you are interested, search for "makotoya soba" on youtube! You can listen to the beautiful voice of the shopkeeper!

A little chopstick rest-What is a pot dish that makes you want to pickle?―

[Ino-chan] Nov. 4, 2018 18:00

Nihonbashi Ebisu Kobetara City was held on October 19 and 20.

It seems that a lot of people came out just by checking on this blog.

In the last of Heisei, Betara-shi, I went without much omission.

IMG_5821.JPG

A piece that reveals that you are a nocturnal correspondent.

At that time, I purchased it from Tokyo Betara pickled sweet and spicy kimchi flavor from Shintakaya, Tokyo.

DSC3147.jpg

I started from a place that is not a royal road, but this was also delicious.

A moderate sweetness beyond spiciness, no, moderate spiciness beyond sweetness.

In Betara City, it was sold out as soon as possible on the evening of the 20th. It was sold like a fly

It's pickled, how do you eat it?

When I heard that it was pickled, I used to make it at the end of a winter hot pot dish, Pienro (flank furnace).

I remember that it was "designated" as a porridge companion.

In an illustrated essay by graphic designer Kawado Senoo.

It is a Chinese cabbage pot that has been introduced and widely known, and it is originally a Chinese home cooking.

What? In the Kappa Sketchbook (published by Bungei Shunju, 1995), the back cover is a compilation of essays.

It's also available.

Because the procedure, ingredients and taste are very simple, it is called the definitive version of a man's Chinese cabbage pot.

It is now a classic winter dish, and the porridge made with this soup is also exquisite.

Kappa said that the hot porridge was "bettara pickles for some reason."

It's very easy to make a pienro. There is no curtain for magistrates to come out.

You can get the recipe right away on the internet.

IMG_4409 copy. JPG

I'm not good at cold winters, but I miss this pot only. Chinese cabbage, I'm waiting for you.

Everyone who has obtained the finest Beta pickles in Betara City, what is the coming season?

Please try it to match the pienro and the rice porridge.

We examined population density rankings

[wienerhorn] Nov. 3, 2018 14:00

Population density descending order. jpg

Based on the 2015 national census population basic count (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Statistics Bureau), we made a ranking of population density by ward, municipalities.

Government-designated cities have been subdivided by ward. For example, Sendai City is divided into Aoba Ward, Miyagino Ward, Wakabayashi Ward, Taihaku Ward, and Izumi Ward. In this way, there are 1,896 municipalities nationwide.
As a result, all wards are lined up from 1st to 31st.
Warabi City, Saitama Prefecture (32nd place) is the highest among municipalities other than government-designated cities.
My Chuo-ku was ranked 36th.

1 Toshima-ku, Tokyo 22,380 people/km2
2 Nakano-ku, Tokyo 21,053 people/km2
3 Arakawa-ku, Tokyo 20,892 people/km2
4 19,654 people/km2 in Joto-ku, Osaka City
5 19,592 people/km2, Taito-ku, Tokyo
6 19,462 people/km2 in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo
7 18,925 people/km2, Meguro-ku, Tokyo
8 Sumida-ku, Tokyo 18,611 people/km2
9 18,307 people/km2 in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
10 17,998 people/km2, Abeno-ku, Osaka
(Omitted)
32 Warabi City, Saitama Prefecture 14,141 people/km2
(Omitted)
36 Chuo-ku, Tokyo 13,828 people/km2

The population of Chuo-ku according to the census at this time was 141,183, but it has continued to increase since then, and the population as of October 1, 2018 according to the Basic Resident Register of Chuo-ku increased by 20,000 to 161,456 It has become. Since the tendency to return to the city center is also seen in other wards, what will the result of the next census that will take place two years later?

Oami Shrine Manfukubune Noriten Festival Mamoruri is a new tone

[Silver] Nov. 2, 2018 14:00

Koami Shrine's "Manfukufune Nori Benzaiten Festival" was held on October 29.

DSCN2385 (400x300). jpg

According to HP,

"The Benzaiten of this shrine (Ichikishima Hiyorijin) is the Benzaiten that was enshrined at Manfuku Kotobuki-ji Temple, which is said to be the origin of Sozu Eshin, which was located on the same grounds. In the first year of the Meiji era, after the enforcement of the Shinto and Buddha separation order, the shrine and temple were separated, but since then the temple was completely abolished, so it was transferred to this shrine in 1869 (AD 1869). In connection with the temple, the statue is boarded on a boat, so it is called Manfuku Boat Nori Benzaiten.
Every year on October 28, the Manfuku Boat Nori Benzaiten Festival is held, and it is full of many worshipers. On the day of the event, the company president awarded lottery tickets to offering, etc. (If October 28 is Saturday, it will move to 27th and Sunday to 29th). This year, it was held on October 29th.

The Koami Shrine Tokyo Zen Arai Benzaiten Festival is sponsored by local companies, and as a result of lottery, you can get products from that company. I had a red mark on the tip of the bamboo skewer, and received products from a food company. I was pleased by my wife because it was the best thing for cooking.

Finally, I was able to visit you, and fortunate protection against misfortune's talismans were given new things. With this, I will be able to stay well next year.

The origin of the name of Bakuro-Yokoyama Station

[Silver] Nov. 1, 2018 14:00

I got off at Bakuro-Yokoyama Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. The station is decorated with a dynamic horse bronze statue.

DSCN2337 (400x300). jpg

Next to it, "Derived from the station name" is posted. According to the report, Bakuro-Yokoyama Station

`` According to the Kanei era figure, the north and south of Bakurocho, where the area around Hashimoto-cho (currently Nihonbashi Honmachi) is described as Yokoyama Katamachi, are both old in the area of Yokoyama Katamachi, and the north side of Yokoyama Katamachi is a temple. Was. Hakuroshi of Bakurocho said in a diary of 1590, "I would like a horse chestnut called Takagi, a yuisho proposal, a picture of the land of Baba." I wrote it at that time, but originally Hakuraku was the main character.
Hakuraku is a word that refers to horse doctors, pastors, horse merchants, etc. In any case, it was a town that was started by horse-related family businessmen.
Yokoyamacho was located on the south side of Bakurocho, Honmachi and Otemmacho on the west side, and Ryogoku Hirokoji on the east side. It is written in Hojo's role book, "Sanuki 300 sentences, Edo Yokoyama", which is thought to be a small village name, but at first it was a certain property of Yokoyama.
In this way, the two historical places of Bakurocho and Yokoyamacho merged to form Bakuro-Yokoyama Station. ]

In this area, Ieyasu Tokugawa gathered war horses for the battle of Sekigahara, and a mansion of the Kanto Army was established on the north side of Bakurocho, and Otemmacho developed on the west side. It can be seen that it was a necessary land for horses.
