View Tsukiji Market from Kachidokibashi

[Date-ya drunken 4th generation] June 28, 2015 18:00

katidoki.jpg

Tsukiji Market, in a sense, is also a place with a strong image of morning.

A crowd of busy middlemen, turley engine sounds, and lively people.

It's the hustle and bustle of the market.

But Tsukiji Market also has a night face.

A large truck that comes and goes. Firing steel piled up on the banks of the Sumida River.

The Tokyo Tower gently stares at it.

This scenery is also until this year. It will not be seen after the relocation next year.

By all means, before the relocation of Tsukiji Market, please take a look at Tsukiji Market at night from Kachidokibashi.

I think you can see the sleeping face of Tsukiji that you have never seen before.

We usually associate Tsukiji Fish Market with early morning.

Busy middle traders, engine noise of turret trucks and vibrant crowds

make up of the hustle and bustle of the market life.

Yet the night of Tsukiji Fish Market is also impressive.

Heavy trucks go and come.

Foamed plastics are piled up on the banks of Sumida River.

And the Tokyo Tower is gazing at all the scene tenderly.

The scene can only be seen by this year for the Market will be relocated the next year.

Welcome to visit here and enjoy the night scene of the Market before its relocation.

I believe you can see the sleepless Tsukiji that you've never seen before.

Tsukiji City Hall.

One of the people's thoughts is fast-growing regions.

 It's a busy business.

Carry-like voice.

A group of people in the morning.

It's a unique hustle and bustle of the city.

 Fuji, Tsukiji Ichiya is night-colored.

A traditional heavy-weight truck.

High-efficiency foam plasticizers on the banks of the Sumida River.

It's a perfect tower.

Keiya has just arrived this year.

After the next day, Tsukiji City Airport

It's completely empty.

Dear guest, how many surprises are you in Chikuchi City?

From the view of Nari, you can see the beautiful night color.

Buy Ginza Musashi and Tabi Store Relocated Tabi and Buying Tabi for a wonderful trip

[Silver] June 22, 2015 18:00

Ginza Musashi and Tabi store have been relocated to Ginza 2-13-12, Chuo-ku.

Earlier, I remembered that I showed my mother and daughter who was wandering around Higashiginza in search of a shop before the relocation.

This shop has a reputation for parents because it can measure and tailor the tabi that is perfect for those who wear it.

The relocation destination is across Showa-dori from Ginza, past Manpuku, Chinese food, and right next to Gallery Ginza.

Phone: 03-3541-7718, 7446.

It is around the old Kibiki-cho where you can see a woman wearing a kimono walking in a pure white tabi.

Tutto Bene, a new attraction in Tsukiji!

[The Crown and the Rabbit] June 22, 2015 14:00

I introduced myself as a resident of Tsukiji.

"Where is the most delicious shop in Tsukiji?" So

I'm often asked a question, but in such a case, it's a matter of time.

It's not sushi, set meal, ramen.

I recommended the Italian "Paratizo" from the Tsukiji Outer Market.

However, recently, word of mouth has become a reputation, and the line of tourists has been constant.

It was too difficult to secure seats and it was difficult for locals to stop by.

However, in early June, at Tsukiji 7-chome (7-10-10 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku).

The sister store "Tutbene" has opened!

Firewood kiln dishes, that is, this store also offers pizza!

__T.JPG

The charm of Italian is originally rooted in each of the Italian regions.

It must have a rugged and powerful taste.

Most Italians in Japan are arranged in Japanese style.

There is a tendency to evolve too elegantly...

However, "Paratizo" and "Tutbene" do not meet such a trend, and do not respond to such a trend.

This is Southern Italy! Do you have any complaints?

It's full of attitude and momentum.

Terry Ito is the best in Japan! Acclaimed

"Paratizo" became a specialty at once.

"Shellfish and Cherry Blossom Pescatore-style Ringines purchased today" is available.

It is also alive in "Tutbene".

On the day I visited

Scallop shells, mussels, Asari, clams, crow pirates, elder shrimp, etc.

There are many kinds of seafood, and how much soup stock is extracted?

It's easy to imagine the taste, isn't it?

With your hands greasy (wine glass is also sticky)

If you are absorbed in eating shells and shells, you will create a shell mound without fail.

And of course, I have to eat Napleli Pizza, which is baked in a firewood kiln!

The edges are thick and chewy.

The feature of Napleli Pizza is that the inflated edges are burnt.

Gorgonzola and walnut pizza have an exquisite balance of saltiness and sweetness!

__ (11). JPG

On this day, I was full.

As a matter of fact, I know Dolce is also excellent.

When I revisited at lunch later, I revenge at Tiramisu in Pistachio.

It looks simple, and it's simple.

It has a lot of volume, but it's rich in flavor and has a lot of flavor.

Tutto Bene!』 Is in Italian.

"Everything goes well!" `No problem!' That's what it means.

Here, if you inject the taste and energy

It's really like that!

◆ Cherry season "Higashine season"

[Sumida Fireworks] June 19, 2015 14:00

"Kachidokibashi" celebrated its 75th anniversary on June 14. An Edo bus passes through such a historic bridge. What? What about that?

s_hanabi20-1.jpgThis is the Edo bus for the advertisement of "Higashine".

s_hanabi20-2.jpg

Speaking of Higashine, "Cherry."

This year, the "Higashine Season" has come.

Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture is a friendship city in Chuo-ku. Because it is a fruit tree kingdom, it holds a "Cherry Festival" in Chuo-ku every year in the cherry season.

At the Cherry Festival, the "Cherry Seed Flying Tournament" is the most important thing. This year's event will be held at Tsukiji Honganji and Tsukishima Nishinaka-dori. It's this weekend.

●Outline of this year

http://www.city.chuo.lg.jp/kusei/kohokotyo/koho/h27/270601/06_10/index.html

Last year, I went there, but it was already full when I arrived because I was late.

It seems that the record of seed skipping so far is 17m83cm.

About how much this distance is, the distance between baseball batteries and the distance of bowling throwing (18m chot). It's quite long.

Looking at the blog in the middle of last year's mistake, it seems that there are some tips for flying seeds.

●Last year's middle blog

http://chuo-kanko.or.jp/miss/2014/07/01/

Will the flight distance that will be updated from Chuo-ku really come out?

Can you see the splendid seed skipping scenery in the center of Miss this year?

It's interesting.

Higashine City is also an important partner for Chuo-ku, which has been actively involved in exchanges, such as selling special products at the Oedo Festival Bon Dance Festival in summer and providing snow at the Snow Festival in winter. is.

s_hanabi20-3.jpg(Photo: At the Snow Festival in February this year.)

In fact, the place called Higashine is a place to remember for me. Since my parents' countryside is each neighboring town of Higashine, when I was a child, I returned to Yamagata almost every year to return home during summer vacation.

Speaking of memories, as for Higashine, there is only a memory that my grandmother took me to a delicious dumpling shop ...

When did you go? I don't remember which dumpling shop I went to. Maybe more than 35 years ago. The taste of "Zuda" I ate for the first time was shocking.

I visited such Higashine City for the first time in a long time this spring, so I will introduce it.

Higashine City is located in the center of Yamagata Prefecture, slightly east, and the Mogami River flows to the west side of the town, and is a town with nostalgic scenery surrounded by mountains.

Nevertheless, many beautiful roads have been developed recently, and it can be said that Yamagata Prefecture is still developing.

s_hanabi20-4.jpg(Photo: Scenery from early May from the summit of Omoriyama near the city center. The snow-covered mountain on the left side is "Tsukiyama".)

There is Yamagata Airport in the city, and there are flights from Haneda.

Also, from Tokyo, the expressway is connected, so you can go by car, and the Shinkansen stops at "Cherry Higashine Station".

There are more options than in the past, and it is closer to Tokyo.

When the Shinkansen enters the city, the scenery of the orchard sometimes jumps in from the train window, so I realize that Higashine City is a "fruit kingdom".

s_hanabi20-5.jpg

June is the season of cherry blossoms. In addition to being full of cherry hunting, the head family's seed skipping tournament is held, and even the marathon event is held.

s_hanabi20-6.jpgIn autumn, there is no shortage of fruits such as apples and La France. The juice squeezed them is also very delicious and recommended.

Another specialty in Higashine is that the “Muda district” fu (fu) between Cherry Higashine Station and Higashine Station.

This Muda area is located along the Dewa Kaido, and in the past it was a wheat cultivation area and was a beautiful place with water, so fu has been manufactured since the Edo period, which was the post town.

s_hanabi20-7.jpgEven now, there are several shops in the Muda area that manufacture and sell fu. Some shops were able to eat dishes using fu and sweets of raw fu, and sold sweets such as fu buns and rusk and karinto, so it was quite lively.

s_hanabi20-8.jpg

There is also a hot spring in Higashine. The name is "Cherry Higashine Onsen". There is also a footbath, so you can take a break.

To the edge of the hot-spring town...

s_hanabi20-9.jpg

There was a dumpling shop.

The atmosphere of the store is completely different from the memories of the past, but I was convinced that the taste was "no doubt here."

I think that Higashine City will be able to sell various products again at various future events in Chuo-ku. I don't think there are any dumplings, but maybe there are some specialty products introduced this time.

If there is a booth in Higashine City at a future event, please take a look.

Ochiya of Tsubame [Hamarikyu Garden]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] June 16, 2015 14:00

In the Edo period, the Hamarikyu Onshi Garden became a detached palace managed by the Imperial Household Ministry after the Meiji era from the garden of the lower house of the Kofu clan to the villa of the Shogun family, Hama Goten, and was subsequently given to Tokyo as a metropolitan park.

tsubam10.JPG

Last month, the restoration of the third Ochiyaya was completed in the park.

It's Ochiyaya of Tsubame.

tsubam20.JPG

Tsubame's Ochiya is one of the Ochiyayas in the era of the eleventh Shogun Ienari Tokugawa, and it is said that the name comes from the fact that the nail-hiding hardware was shaped like a swallow.

tsubam30.JPG

The roof is made of Japanese Spanish mackerel wood overlaid.

tsubam40.JPG

Hamarikyu is currently restoring the teahouses in the garden.

Restoration of "Ochiya of Nakajima" in 1983 and "Matsuno Ochiya" in 2010.

It seems that "Taka no Ochiya" will also be restored by 2017.

It is said that the guest facility "Enryokan", which was located in the latter half of the 19th century, will be restored by 2020 and will be used as a guest facility in the capital.

tsubam50.JPG

On a sunny day between the rainy season, it was pleasant to stroll through the spacious garden while watching black bream and mullet swimming in the pond.
