Agapanthus in Tsukiji River Ginza Park is blooming

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] June 13, 2016 20:00

agapan01.JPG

When the Tsukiji River was reclaimed, a park was created beside the bridge that was built, and the name of the bridge was given (Kamei Bridge Park, Shukubashi Park, Saimebashi Park), but only the park beside Mannen Bridge is Tsukiji River Ginza Park, not Mannen Bridge Park.

agapan02.JPG

At the flower bed of this Tsukiji River Ginza Park, Agapanthus is blooming light purple flowers.

agapan03.JPG

It is a park along Harumi-dori St.

agapan04.JPG

Agapanthus is said to be native to South Africa and many horticultural varieties are made.

agapan05.JPG

It is a relatively compact type planted in Tsukiji River Ginza Park.

agapan06.JPG

It is a flower that has a strong image of blooming in the hot season, and makes you realize that the hot summer is coming in the future.

[Sam] June 13, 2016 16:00

R0037714SQRSG (2). jpgOn June 10th, "Early Summer Hydrangea Garden" opened at the salon space "Royal Room" with terrace on the 10th floor of FANCL Ginza Square (Ginza 5).

Date: June 10-June 17 11:30-18:30

Hydrangea has a strong image of "wa", but this year, it is said to be "the most beautiful village in U.K." and designated as a special natural beauty area, the production of the Cotswolds (Cotswolds) style, creating a rural landscape like a picture book It exudes an atmosphere.

The pretty and delicate flowers of the undergrowth enhance the soft and gentle color of the hydrangea.

The highlight is the so-called "Autumn Hydrangea".

Because the viewing period is long and you can enjoy the antique flower color gradually changing until autumn.

I hear that there are pink and blue systems, which turn green over time, followed by deep redness.

From June 12th to 15th, a "gardening mini-lease" entitled "hydrangea mini-lease made with dried flowers" will be held.

It is a hydrangea color space where you can take a break in the garden of the sky in Ginza.

Paula Museum Annex "Tamagawa-do 200 Year Exhibition"

[Mill] June 13, 2016 12:00

DSC_7527.JPG

I was attracted to the impressive posters and visited the "Tamagawa-do 200 Year Exhibition" at the Paula Museum Annex in Ginza.

I was really looking forward to seeing what kind of exhibition it was because I entered without any prior knowledge.

DSC_7522.JPG

When you enter the exhibition room, you will see works shining like stars in the illuminated space.

I was fascinated in an instant.

Tamagawa-do is said to be a company that produces Tsuki copperware in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's leading metalworking products.

The Tsuchiki copperware is a technique of making copper with a hammer and is designated as a Intangible Cultural Property in Niigata Prefecture.

DSC_7511.JPG

We were able to see the demonstration at the venue.

It was very interesting to see how the copper was squeezed, rolled, and shaped, rather than tapping and stretching.

The technique of this Tsuchiki copperware was handed down to Tsubame by a migratory worker in Sendai in the late Edo period, and was handed down in 1816 (Culture 13) by Tamagawa Kakubei, the founder of Tamagawa-do.

DSC_7512.JPG

In this exhibition, you can see the works of seven people who have been connecting for 200 years, from the first generation, Kakubei Tamagawa, to the current seventh generation, Motoyuki Tamagawa.

The work is installed on an oiled table, so the mirror reflection is beautiful, and it is an impressive exhibition with a moist texture.

DSC_7516.JPG

Tamagawa-do has exhibited and won about 30 overseas expositions before the war, including the Vienna World Exposition in 1873.

It is a number of beautiful and stunning works that convey the scent of the good old days and the pride of Japan.

DSC_7521.JPG

The small cosmos of beauty that continues to carve a tranquil time for more than generations.

Please go out to the exhibition of the memorable year of 200 years.

"Tamagawa-do 200 Year Exhibition"

3rd floor of Paula Ginza Building 1-7-7 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo

The first ladder is led by Shinto priesthood, Deputy Prime Minister, Gosho-ko, bamboo sticks, and the taikodori, the drum holder, the flag of the Hie-jinja Shrine Shinto Festival, the vice chairman of the festival on horses, and the gold stick. Two people, Takahari lanterns, vermilion umbrellas and supporters of Hie-jinja Shrine. The photo shows the taiko-dori.

Nihonbashi Hie-jinja Shrine (auxiliary shrine) is resting place of portable shrines. It's about an hour's break.

A lot of people listen to the three portable shrine units in Shinto priesthood, who is serving auxiliary shrine.

On this day, people from far away, such as Kanagawa Prefecture and Sakura City, Chiba Prefecture, came out. After seeing the report of the commercial broadcast, he said that he was rushed in. Sakura City has the edge of floats, isn't it?

A group of cruises from Nihonbashi to Kyobashi. It's a very elegant cruise. It looks like you're looking at a historical picture scroll.

People watching the Shinto Festival near Takashimaya saw a lot of smiles.

In Kyobashi, (probably) a baton touch from a student at Sakamoto Elementary School to a student at Yasuaki Elementary School. These children will take over the Sanno Festival.

The camera of the mothers watching and the sound of continuous shutters resonated.

In Corridor Street, during the daytime, "Kanko Bird" does not sound. There were a lot of spectators. Business is thriving!

Followed by Miko. It's neat and beautiful. Your heart will be washed.

Miyuki-dori, where Yasuaki Elementary School is located. A phoenix symbol of streetlights. Together with portable shrine's Phoenix, both looked divine.

Hydrangea on the street from Showa-dori to Miyoshibashi

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] June 7, 2016 18:00

ajisaid01.JPG

The hydrangea on this street is also blooming beautifully this year.

ajisaid9.jpg

At this time, the Hydrangea Festival is held in various places in Tokyo, and nearby (if not nearby), the Bunkyo Hydrangea Festival, which is held every year around Shirayama Shrine in Bunkyo-ku (this year, June 11 (Saturday)-19th (Sun)) is famous, but the hydrangea on this street is also gorgeous and I like this tree in Chuo-ku, a pair of willow trees.

ajisaid02.JPG

There are many kinds of bigleaf hydrangea and Hon Hydrangea, which are beautiful.

ajisaid03.JPG

Hydrangea seems to change its color depending on the acidity of the planted soil (alkaline, redish, acidic and blueish), and you can also enjoy subtle blue (indigo) changes.

ajisaid04.JPG

In the first place, the name of hydrangea is said to have changed "Azusaai (Shushin Ai)," which means that indigo flowers gather.

ajisaid05.JPG

If you forcibly scratch the relationship between Chuo-ku and Hydrangea, you will find yourself.

ajisaid06.JPG

In the late Edo period, Siebold, who worked to spread Western medicine in Nagasaki, was also a naturalist and gave Hydlandia Otaxa to Hydrangea. It is said that it is derived from the name of "Otaki-san" (Dr. Tomitaro Makino).

ajisaid07.JPG

His bust was built in Akatsuki Park, partly because Siebold had with Mr. Taki opened a maternity hospital in Tsukiji.

What is planted around the Siebold statue was bigleaf hydrangea, which began to bloom.

ajisaid08.JPG

By the way, Hydlandia consists of Greek hydro (water) and angelic (container), and seems to be interpreted as "water vessel" and "water turtle".

During the rainy season, the blue, indigo and pink hydrangeas that continue to bloom during that period are refreshing.
