Let's review your diet! Nihonbashi Rocabo Festival 2018

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
Previously, in this article, at Gunma-chan's antenna shop "Gunma-chan House" in Gunma Prefecture.
We introduced that you can purchase a rocabo cake made by collaboration of vegetables from Gunma Prefecture and patisserie potato zier.
A few years after the gradual carbohydrate restriction "Rocabo" began to spread, an event specializing in it was also held in Chuo-ku.
That is the Nihonbashi Rocabo Festival 2018, which was held from November 23 to 25.

First of all, at the AGEs measurement booth, check the aging substance.

The AGEs I heard for the first time this time is an abbreviation for final glycation Endproducts.
Because it is produced by aging, it is an aging substance that exists in everyone's body.
It is also produced when excess sugar is linked to proteins.

Here, we were able to purchase dishes, sweets, and drinks using Rocabo products from the company introduced this time.

What I chose was "chicken porridge" and "Azuki hi"!
"Chicken porridge" includes Rocabo-style rushi rice (Saraya), incense sesame oil (Takemoto oil), and 70% off-saccharide gold (Ninben) with sugar.
"Azuki Hai" uses polyphenol azuki tea (Eitaro Sohonbu).

I was able to learn something about high-carbohydrate foods, and I was able to get tips on cooking that was conscious of carbohydrate off.
In particular, it was a great discovery that high-calorie and high-carbohydrate foods are not necessarily equal!

Recently, town development with awareness of food education and health promotion has become noticeable in each area.

Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine Harumi Branch Tokyo Bonitobushi Center

According to the editorial written on the monument, it is written as follows.

 

"This shrine was handed down as a tradition of industry for a long time since the Yasunaga era, when all the bonito wholesalers of Tsukuda Island enshrined deity was used as a guardian angel to religious service and prayed for the safety of marine transportation that satisfies the fishing and prosperity of business. As soon as the Tokyo bonito wholesaler association was established in 1887, the religion was further deepened as a guardian deity of the union, but in September 1938, when the Tokyo bonito cargo handling office was newly built in Nihonbashikobunacho, Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine branch was founded on the roof and relocated to Harumi for the development of the union in March 1968. In June 1971, when the union was newly built, this was designated as a sanctuary, and a new shrine hall was built to pray for the development of the traditional industry, and to serve as a guardian deity in the Harumi district for a long time and pray for protection.

MIKIMOTO GINZA TREE 2018

At Nihonbashi Sakura-dori St., which runs from the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station to Nihonbashi, illuminations are shining in the shape of cherry blossom trees along the row of cherry trees.

Autumn leaves of methasequoia

Metasequoia is a deciduous coniferous Takagi, a naturalized species cedar family. The current species is one genus and one species.

Akebono cedar, the Japanese name, is said to have been translated from the English name "dawn redwood", and turns orange-reddish brown in autumn.

The branches are paired with twigs, and the twigs are densely paired with flat linear foliages, and look like bird feathers at first glance like feathers.

It is a dioecious strain, and at this time, it has a small Matsubokuri-like fruit with a long handle.

You can enjoy fresh greenery, autumn leaves, winter withering, and all seasons.
