A little chopstick rest-What is a pot dish that makes you want to pickle?―

[Ino-chan] Nov. 4, 2018 18:00

Nihonbashi Ebisu Kobetara City was held on October 19 and 20.

It seems that a lot of people came out just by checking on this blog.

In the last of Heisei, Betara-shi, I went without much omission.

IMG_5821.JPG

A piece that reveals that you are a nocturnal correspondent.

At that time, I purchased it from Tokyo Betara pickled sweet and spicy kimchi flavor from Shintakaya, Tokyo.

_DSC3141.jpg

DSC3147.jpg

I started from a place that is not a royal road, but this was also delicious.

A moderate sweetness beyond spiciness, no, moderate spiciness beyond sweetness.

In Betara City, it was sold out as soon as possible on the evening of the 20th. It was sold like a fly

It's pickled, how do you eat it?

When I heard that it was pickled, I used to make it at the end of a winter hot pot dish, Pienro (flank furnace).

I remember that it was "designated" as a porridge companion.

In an illustrated essay by graphic designer Kawado Senoo.

It is a Chinese cabbage pot that has been introduced and widely known, and it is originally a Chinese home cooking.

What? In the Kappa Sketchbook (published by Bungei Shunju, 1995), the back cover is a compilation of essays.

It's also available.

Because the procedure, ingredients and taste are very simple, it is called the definitive version of a man's Chinese cabbage pot.

It is now a classic winter dish, and the porridge made with this soup is also exquisite.

Kappa said that the hot porridge was "bettara pickles for some reason."

It's very easy to make a pienro. There is no curtain for magistrates to come out.

You can get the recipe right away on the internet.

IMG_4409 copy. JPG

I'm not good at cold winters, but I miss this pot only. Chinese cabbage, I'm waiting for you.

Everyone who has obtained the finest Beta pickles in Betara City, what is the coming season?

Please try it to match the pienro and the rice porridge.

We examined population density rankings

[wienerhorn] Nov. 3, 2018 14:00

Population density descending order. jpg

Based on the 2015 national census population basic count (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Statistics Bureau), we made a ranking of population density by ward, municipalities.

Government-designated cities have been subdivided by ward. For example, Sendai City is divided into Aoba Ward, Miyagino Ward, Wakabayashi Ward, Taihaku Ward, and Izumi Ward. In this way, there are 1,896 municipalities nationwide.
As a result, all wards are lined up from 1st to 31st.
Warabi City, Saitama Prefecture (32nd place) is the highest among municipalities other than government-designated cities.
My Chuo-ku was ranked 36th.

1 Toshima-ku, Tokyo 22,380 people/km2
2 Nakano-ku, Tokyo 21,053 people/km2
3 Arakawa-ku, Tokyo 20,892 people/km2
4 19,654 people/km2 in Joto-ku, Osaka City
5 19,592 people/km2, Taito-ku, Tokyo
6 19,462 people/km2 in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo
7 18,925 people/km2, Meguro-ku, Tokyo
8 Sumida-ku, Tokyo 18,611 people/km2
9 18,307 people/km2 in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo
10 17,998 people/km2, Abeno-ku, Osaka
(Omitted)
32 Warabi City, Saitama Prefecture 14,141 people/km2
(Omitted)
36 Chuo-ku, Tokyo 13,828 people/km2

The population of Chuo-ku according to the census at this time was 141,183, but it has continued to increase since then, and the population as of October 1, 2018 according to the Basic Resident Register of Chuo-ku increased by 20,000 to 161,456 It has become. Since the tendency to return to the city center is also seen in other wards, what will the result of the next census that will take place two years later?

After all, Japan is the best! "Delicious Domestic Agricultural Products Charity Distribution Party"

[Hanes] Nov. 2, 2018 09:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
On October 27 (Saturday), I went to the delicious Ginza x food and agriculture, forestry and fisheries festival "Delicious Domestic Agricultural Products Charity Distribution Party" held at Sukiyabashi Park (5-chome side).

This year's 18th distribution event will focus on vegetables used by famous restaurants in Ginza on a daily basis.
Producers who have a relationship with restaurants in Ginza took a lot of time and effort and raised them with a focus on safety and security.
It is said that you can enjoy fresh vegetables, fruits, domestic rice, etc.
It is one of the annual events in Ginza, a must-see for women who do housework (especially cooking).

At the opening of 12:30, a long line had already been formed around Sukiyabashi Park.

charity.jpg

With a donation of 100 yen or more, you can enjoy the taste of autumn in 16 prefectures!
Apples, persimmons, rice, dried potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, etc.
All of them are just tasty season, so they're blind.

IMG_2588.JPG

The most popular one was the "Shinano Sweet & Shinano Gold" apple from Nagano City.Apple
The distribution ended in no time!
In addition, set of lotus root and dried potatoes from Ibaraki Prefecture.
Gunma Prefecture's brand rice "Komatsuhime", brand rice "Mizuki Night", and Yamatoimo set also ended relatively early.

charity1.jpg

Unfortunately, even if you can't get what you want, please.
It's nice to be able to buy similar domestic agricultural products at the antenna shop.

charity2.jpg

I say that Oita kabosu and dry shiitake mushroom set in Oita Prefecture

IMG_2609.JPG

Saitama Prefecture's "Sai no Kagayaki" pack rice, pear "Xinxing", cucumber and komatsuna set

IMG_2608.JPG

After returning home, I immediately made kabosu soba using Oita kabosu.
It is domestic and you can eat with confidence if you know the production area, so you can enjoy your appetite.

In such a charity distribution party, the largest number of loose characters in the past are gathered.
With a nice service that allows you to take pictures together.
(The right end of the photo in the upper left is the loose character "Nijinoko" of the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Chuo-ku.)

charity3.jpg

If you missed the opportunity this year, we will cooperate with charity next year.
Why don't you enjoy freshly picked domestic agricultural products?
(* The proceeds from this distribution society will be donated to the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, Chuo-ku.)

Her daughter Azuki's seven-three-three, 1: Let's take a cute picture in the previous shot @ LOVST PHOTO STUDIO Kachidoki Riverside store

[Edamame] October 29, 2018 18:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

I'd like to send it in a series for a while from this time.

It's the fall of 3 years old, my daughter Azuki.

There are many things to prepare for kindergarten entrance for next spring ...

There's an important event.

That's right. It's seven five three.

It is a celebration that such a small baby has turned 3 years old safely.

There are a lot of things like kimonos, visiting, and going to eat dinners ...

I would like to write about such a thing about Azuki's Shichigosan.

##################

That's why the first time in the series.

This is the story of the previous shooting in the photo studio.

"I took a picture."

I hear it at weddings, etc., before the actual ceremony or the visit date of Shichigosan this time.

It's about taking pictures on a different schedule.

Especially in the case of Shichigosan, children take pictures with kimonos that they are unfamiliar with and come to visit as they are.

By tightening in the band for a long time

I can see that it's painful, painful, unsatisfied explosion, and a fuss ...

It seems that there are many houses that choose to take the front in the photo studio.

There are many places like photography studios.

I decided to ask you this time

"LOVST PHOTO STUDIO" located in Kachidoki.

Actually, I've always been worried about it.

A high school friend living in the Tsukishima area goes to Facebook.

I was uploading my son Kun (currently 5 years old)'s birthday and photos of Shichigosan.

Well, it's pretty.

I thought it would be nice to have a photo with a natural expression.

When I asked, "Where did you take this picture?", He told me that it was here.

And ... if I told a local mom friend that I decided to ask here

"Actually, I took a picture there. The follow-up of the staff was wonderful. "

"I heard that it's really good!"

It was also very popular in the Hamacho area, which should be a little far from Kachidoki.

Well, on the day.

I got up early and headed for Kachidoki because it was shooting first in the morning.

That's right. Time is strict.

Please note that when you are late = your child's shooting time will decrease accordingly.

When you arrive at the studio, you first choose a kimono, wear it, and make-up.

IMG_2889-1.jpg

Some types of antique kimonos are available in the studio here.

Azuki's select item with purple color this time.

This time, it will be a photo shoot in a kimono, so within the price.

It was very attractive to include "children's hair set & simple makeup & kimono rental & dressing".

(There are places where you can wear clothes and hair sets in the outside beauty salon before coming to the studio.)

That's why it's the first hair and makeup experience in my life.

In the first place, I only say "Yada" at first.

(Although it is also called the basic setting for 3-year-olds.)

But are you worried about what your sister in charge of hair and makeup does?

He said, "Yada," but sat in a chair and had his hair curled.

IMG_2878-1.jpg

When the hair set and makeup (also a little bit of cheeks) are over ...

Finally, the shooting starts!

IMG_2898-1.jpg

I understand after the shooting started.

LOVST staff, the technique to bring out the smiles of children is tremendously wonderful.

That's right.

A child of this age first said, "I don't look at the camera."

And "I'm going to take a picture."

When you shoot for a long time, you'll get tired and get rid of it.

It often occurs when my mother shoots (tears).

A technique that makes full use of the voice and props to avoid it.

This is a professional! I showed you a lot of things like that.

IMG_2899-1.jpg

My mother Edamame's favorite is this scene.

IMG_2915-1.jpg

The back of the red flower was so colorful that I liked it.

Next, I'm playing the ball with a prop handball.

IMG_2916-1.jpg

I'd like a so-called sweeping photo, but I'd like to see it.

By shooting with the feeling of playing, many photos of natural smiles were created.

I like him as a mother Edamame.

If you are in good mood (= I have enough time), you can also change your clothes into Western clothes (girls dresses).

Azuki likes the pink, fluffy dress at a glance. I'm a girl.

IMG_2929-1.jpg

I tried to change the atmosphere by lowering my hair a little.

IMG_2931-1.jpg

I chose the scene with the book because it's a kid who loves picture books.

"You can bring your favorite stuffed animals so that you can take pictures in a good mood."

That's why Kuma-kun, who came from us, is with me.

In such a situation, I was able to finish all shooting with a smile of Nikko Nico.

That's right. Here, it is wonderful to be able to get all the shooting data using LINE on the day of shooting!

(In some places, you can only get a print request, and there are times when it comes to a long time.)

I'd like to send you the data in the CD-ROM at a later date.

It is a world where there are many friends and relatives who have smartphones.

It's very convenient to be able to share photos taken easily.

And you can get "all images" ... 130 images came to my home!

There are 10 monochrome-processed ones plus a total of 140 pieces! ! !

The fact that I was able to take a lot of photos that the shooting went smoothly with a good child, but it was a very satisfying shooting.

IMG_2939-1.jpg

If you wish, you can also make optional products such as calendars and photo books.

I'm looking forward to it.

Actually, Azuki who came to introduce a friend is a referral privilege.

We had you make "half a year's calendar (for one A4 size)".

And I was a little excited and the photo book too!

I'm looking forward to it.

Of course, there are a lot of kimonos and dresses not only for 3 years old but also for bigger children.

The next opportunity (7 years old, 753?) Commemorative graduation of kindergarten? ?) I would like to use it.

I'd like to look forward to that time!

Do you know "Tsukiji Honganji GINZA Salon"?

1. October 29, 2018 09:00

100_2977.JPG

90 minutes in no time for the skillful narrative of humor, such as the distinction between the formats of "Lin", "Innovation", "Rei", and "Gosho", Emperor Go-Daigo, who led to the separation of the samurai class due to the turbulence of "Linsei", and Yoshitsune, who was tosssed by Emperor Goshirakawa's "Insen". This is a course on the 5th floor of the Ginza 2-chome building, "First Kuzushi character ancient document ~ Let's Know ancient document 3". This course is run by Tsukiji Honganji. If you ask the person in charge, it will be about two and a half years since the course started. I was introduced to a friend and learned about this "KORO Academy" and participated in "Tea Room and Sukiya" last week for the first time, and today is the second time. Courses are broadly divided into five fields: "heart", " Buddhism", "education", "experience", and "finish life", "irritability, non-scrupulous techniques", "strong to be stressed by pots and breathing", "inheritance, wills and guardianship learned by rakugo", "opera rakugo", "cinema methodologies", " lymph massage self-care courses", etc. The lecturer of "Taste the words of tea ceremony" is Yabuchi Ryu Iemoto. It's amazing. In addition, there is no enrollment fee for this course, the tuition fee for one course is 1,000 yen. There is also a lunch course, but it is very convenient for those who work mainly from 19:00 on Weekday and return to participate. In addition to the KOKORO Academy, there is also a "good naming" where you can consult with Buddhist monk individually about not only Buddhist affairs and graves but also about everyday life such as human relationships and anxiety. This is free! (Reservation required)

In general, temples do not step too much except for funerals and memorial services, and many people feel that they are far away. Among them, such attempts by Tsukiji Honganji make the temple feel familiar in everyday life. The content of the course has no religious smell at all, and if you notice it, you can think, "Oh, the operation was Tsukiji Honganji!"

From November 11 to November 16 at Tsukiji Honganji Temple, the most important event of the year, "Hoonko", the Buddhist memorial service of Shinran Saint Soso, will begin. As a related event, the "Hoonko Concert" was also held on November 4, and both said, "You can see it freely even if you are not a monk." As it is a good opportunity, please also see main hall, the gatepost and stone walls designated as Important Cultural Properties.

What autumn can you enjoy in the Harumi / Tsukishima area?

[Hanes] October 18, 2018 09:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
The 66th Chuo-ku Tourism and Commerce Festival is currently being held in Chuo-ku.
The other day, I went to Harumi Island Triton Square to see "Flower Carpet Harumi 2018" which was part of that.

Thumbnail image of SHJ.jpg

Harumi has gained more and more attention with the creation of Olympic athlete villages.
Perhaps because of that, this year's theme is "Sports Flower Carpets"
The figures of the players who fascinated the world in the famous scenes that were both memorable and recorded were reproduced with colorful petals.
It can be seen from a distance or a distance, and the dynamism of the players is transmitted.

Thumbnail image of IMG_2424-1.jpg

This flower carpet looks like the fall of sports and the fall of art are fused.
I'm still working on it, so I'm looking forward to seeing what it will be by the Grand Finale on the 16th (Tuesday).

SHJ2.jpg

After that, I looked into the "Harumi Harukko Autumn Festival" held on the cherry blossom promenade and the water terrace.
The character show is crowded with families so that people can get crowded on the second floor.
There are many gourmet foods that invite the appetite unique to autumn of appetite in delicious food stalls!

IMG_2429-1.jpg

After enjoying the autumn in the Harumi area in this way, we enjoyed the autumn.
To the marche of the Sun, one of Japan's largest urban-type marche held at Tsukishima Daini Children's Park
This marche is a place where "eat, buy, learn, and experience" are united and serve as food education.
The theme of October is "Autumn taste gathering from all over the country"!
A selection of farmers from all over the country gather, all of which are high-quality shops.
There is also a gourmet that a certain entertainer ate and praised, and I wanted to visit again.

marche of the sun jpg

Harumi and Tsukishima introduced this time are located a little far away from Ginza and Nihonbashi.
I think there's a lot of access by subway.
However, another means of transportation that I would like to propose at such a time is the Edo Bus, a community bus in Chuo-ku.

Edo_bus.jpg

This bus has a north circulation (in the direction of Nihonbashi) and a south circulation (in the direction of Tsukiji, Tsukishima, Kachidoki).
It is easy to understand how to make free connections between the north circulation and the south circulation, and I often use it recently!
It is recommended because you can travel cheaper than trains and metropolitan buses (100 yen one way for adults), and you can enjoy the scenery of Chuo-ku.
When using the service, please find the autumn of Chuo-ku from the train window.
