[Showa Doritanken Record] #09: vegetarian sweets "AIN SOPH" (Ginza 4-chome)

[Dye] May 31, 2017 16:00

Last November, there was a shop with a nice atmosphere very close to Kabukiza.

This is "Ain Soph (AIN SOPH)".

s42_01.JPG

It is located along Showa-dori in the same block as Kabukiza Theater.

It is said that Ain Soph means "infinity". I wonder if the tree of life comes from.

We offer a complete vegan meal and sweets.

The Ginza store opened in 2009 and was reopened last November at the current store along Showa-dori. Sweets such as pudding, tiramisu, raisin sandwich are sold on the first floor, and meals are available on the second and fourth floors.

s42_02.JPG s42_03.JPG

There are also puddings and tiramisu ♡ Natural Granora.

I've been worried about it for half a year...
I finally got pudding and tiramisu.

s42_04.jpg

It's cute because it's in a bottle. It seems that pudding uses kudzu.

I love sweets very much, but they usually have plenty of animal protein and sugar, such as fresh cream, and if you eat too much, you will also swallow a little guilty. 。 。 (´・ω・`)
...Yes! !Ain Soph's sweets are made from animal protein-free and made from domestic and pesticide-free ingredients, so it feels like incorporating the power of nature into the body.

And it's really delicious.

When you pass your throat, you can think of a high-quality kuzumochi for a moment....But surely vanilla fragrant pudding and rich and fragrant caramel are exquisite match. Well, I can't tell you well in words, so please eat it (laughs).

Don't you think it's unsatisfactory if it's not something animal?...The concern was completely unfounded.
Children can say "Eat Tanto ^^" with peace of mind! ! I can't do it often (^^;
In fact, my home Taro Masanao ate with Pakpaku in an instant.

Everybody has the power of infinite (Ain Soph), but natural ingredients may bring out it.
There is also a sense of luxury, and I think you will be pleased with souvenirs (` ・ ω ・ ')!
I recommend it.

There are still many special gems-Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO-

[rosemary sea] May 30, 2017 09:00

It's rosemary sea, remarking "gifts and I enjoy myself".

Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO (Toshiyoroizuka Tokyo) of Kyobashi Edgran, last time I introduced some cakes.

Click here for the previous article ⇒ /archive/2017/05/toshi-yoroizuka.html

This time, we will introduce the main gift, baked confectionery, which is the theme of rosemary, and the bread corner.

This time, I also took care of Mr. Miyagi, sales manager of Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO.

Then, from the corner of baked goods ...

DSC02395a.jpg

Assorted baked sweets

A set of baked confectioneries perfect for gifts.

The left is 15 pieces, the most popular one. The right is 11 pieces, the popular NO.2.

It is an assortment carefully selected by Mr. Toshiyoroizuka. It seems that it is put in from popular baked goods.

In addition, it seems that "Okonomi assortment" will begin on June 1st.

DSC02393a.jpg

Chef coat

The package is popular. It is an assortment of 8 baked goods.

Next, from the bread corner ...

DSC02397a.jpg

Special curry bread

Bried curry bread using Semorina wheat. Products limited to Kyobashi. It's a self-confidence bread.

Bread with crisp surface. Among them is butter chicken curry.

I'd like you to add the attached curry sauce to this, but this is a vegetable curry sauce that uses plenty of onions.

Please enjoy synergistic effect of different flavors of curry.

DSC02398a.jpg

Bread with only soy milk

It is made only with soy milk and flour without using any water.

Since it is only soy milk, it is a very rich bread.

The interview date was May 19, but it was a product released from this day.

DSC02400a.jpgThe image on the left is a picture of the banner in the store.

It is a combination of Kyobashi's ukiyo-e and Toshiyoroizuka's logo.

[Higashiginza] South Indian dish "Dharmasagara (Dharmasagara)"

[Ino-chan] May 29, 2017 09:00

Enjoy authentic Indian cuisine while looking at Indian-style temples

The restaurant I would like to introduce this time is a South Indian restaurant.

When I visited for the first time, I was fascinated by the scenery seen from this window.

IMG_9500.JPG

It's Tsukiji Honganji.

Here in Dharmasagara (Dharmasagara), this beautiful ancient Indian style main hall

You can enjoy authentic South Indian cuisine while looking at it.

What is South Indian cuisine?

India has a large land and has different climates depending on the region.

There is also a difference in temperature between the north and south, and there are differences in crops and cooking methods.
Indian cuisine can be broadly divided into South Indian cuisine and North Indian cuisine.

When it comes to Indian cuisine, there are many people who think of curry to eat with Nan.

Isn't it? Match with rich curry made with animal fat such as butter

The style of staple food made from flour baked Nan and Chapatty is often seen in Japan.

They are North Indian cuisine.

Dharmasagara specializes in South Indian cuisine.

Curry is less oily and smooth, and has a sour and light taste.

Because there are abundant menus centered on beans and vegetables, and rice is the staple food.
The shop owner also says that it only fits the taste of Japanese people.

"Meirs" set meal of South Indian cuisine

What I ordered was "Meals B Set Vegetable Course" (2,000 yen excluding tax).

Meals is a set meal of South Indian cuisine, from side dishes to staple food on a single plate.
IMG_9510.JPG

Polyyal (fried vegetable spices). It was a good day.

IMG_9517.JPG

Curry is a sambaru of beans and vegetables. In the back is a sour soup, rassam.

IMG_9516.JPG

On the back of the fluffy fried bread called Pully in the middle, a spicy fried rice cracker papad was hidden.

It is recommended not only to eat it as it is, but also to crush it with crispy and mix it with curry to enjoy the change in texture.

IMG_9514.JPG

The side menu chooses Masarawada, which is often eaten in South India (fried coarsely ground chickpeas).
It has a sauce of coconut.
The use of coconut milk and coconut oil is also a characteristic of South Indian cuisine.

IMG_9515.JPG
Next to Masara Wada is lemon achar (picrus) and herb chatsune (paste-like condiment).
I mix it little by little with curry, but this is refreshing and really delicious.

In addition, lighters (yogurt salad) and jasmine rice were on board.

Each meal is placed in a small vessel, but there is enough quantity and everything.

By the time I finished eating, my stomach and heart were filled.

In a quiet and calm shop. A relaxing time is flowing.

IMG_9499.JPG

It was a time when I thought about India far from Chuo-ku.

Kyobashi Sweets full of chef's commitment-Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO-

[rosemary sea] May 27, 2017 14:00

It is rosemary sea, which shows the frontier spirit of "gifts and enjoy yourself".

Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO, which opened in Kyobashi Edgran on November 25, last year, is a restaurant of Chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka, a very famous and popular patissier, as you know.

A shop in Kyobashi filled with chef's commitment.

Half a year has passed since this shop opened, and I would like to introduce the patisserie on the first floor.

Thank you to Mr. Miyagi, sales manager, Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO.

DSC02385a.jpg

The cake showcase is very gorgeous.

The interview time was 1:00 pm, so it is this assortment, but most products seem to be sold out every day. Even if you add products, it seems that it will be very low around 7 pm.

DSC02387a.jpgThe most popular here is Jean Pierre.

Chef Armizuka, this cake bears the name of the teacher.

The chocolate mousse contains pistachio clambrulele.

The image is the size of Hall 4. As expected, the most popular, the smaller ones at this time were sold out.

DSC02392a.jpg

Showcasing a number of cakes lined up in the showcase, 5 of them.

I will introduce it in order from the right of the image.

Aprico

It's a cake limited to Kyobashi.

Apricot mousse contains caramel mousse and other items.

It's a bit bittersweet even though it's sweet and sour.

Cassis

Cake for adults with cassis mousse and fig dough.

Tart phrase of strawberry

Limited time cake of strawberry.

Among them, it is a strawberry tart with custard cream and strawberry sauce.

Eldeberencase

Caese is "cheese" in German. Here's a cheesecake.

Fresh cream is contained in the souffle type case.

Shupeizanne

Paizanne means "country style" in French.

It's a naming because the fragrant nuts used create a rustic feeling.

It is a cream puff that combines custard cream and nuts cream one by one, and finally uses plenty of nuts.

It's a very luxurious dish.

Finally, Toshi HEALTHY SWEETS (Toshi Healthy Sweets) is the hot topic now.

Low curve = low carbohydrate. In the world, there are some people who call "rocabo" or "rocabo".

Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO, we focused on "delicious low curves" and pursued deliciousness.

Body-friendly sweets that anyone can enjoy with peace of mind using racants made from natural sweet ingredients extracted from arkan fruit.

It is available only in Kyobashi.

DSC02391a.jpg

Low carbohydrate tiramisu

Low carbohydrate tiramisu using Hokkaido mascarpone cheese.

DSC02389a.jpg

Low carbohydrate berylol

It is a soft, low-carbohydrate roll cake of strawberries and strawberries.

Here is one announcement.

Toshi Yoroizuka TOKYO, we have set up a terrace seat in front of the shop.

You can now have the sweets and bread you have purchased on the spot as it is delicious.

Next time, we plan to introduce baked confectionery and bread, entitled "There are still many, special gem." I'm looking forward to it.

Ginza Six Limited ★Jingoro rice cracker

[Mapo ★] May 27, 2017 09:00

I happened to find it at Ginza Six, but
As a souvenir from my cousin niece who lived in Tochigi before
I had it and it was delicious.
Salad-flavored rice cracker I bought when I went on a trip to Tochigi.

The shop was built in Ginza Six.

There are two exclusive Ginza Six products.
I have a fruit called "Kurami" and a white chocolate cake
I bought a rice cracker.

RIMG3390.JPG RIMG3388.JPG

I wonder if this kind of peculiarity is like a salad-flavored rice cracker
As I thought, it's really delicious because it's just sold as a limited product.♪
The salad taste is light, so it feels sweet and sour.
It looks gorgeous and can be used as a souvenir or gift.

Also, I'm glad that you can easily buy ordinary Jingoro rice crackers in Ginza.

Masukawa Lorance's shop Let's taste French home cooking that originated in Montmartre at Ningyocho! French cafe "Che Andre de Sacrekur"

[Sakura is good] May 24, 2017 09:00

Opened in 2008, "Café Chez André du Sacré-Coeur Cafeche Andre de Sacrequeur"

IMG_2476.JPG

Grandparents started up as a drink-main cafe in Montmartre, Paris, France, and then parents took over and served meals. The Paris store was closed, but their dream of taking over it was fulfilled by opening Café Andredo Sacrequeur in Ningyocho in 2008. The master Yoshio inherits parents' recipes, mainly home cooking in Paris. It's wonderful to be able to taste Paris home cooking in Ningyocho.

Mr. Lorans was born in Montmartre, France. Since I was in Paris, I love Japanese culture, studied Japanese, studied in the United States, and came to Japan for the first time as an international student (graduate school) in 1989. After graduating, while working for a foreign-affiliated company in Nihonbashi, he went to a long-established soba shop "Ningyocho Shochiku-an", and in 1999 he married Yoshio, the son of the owner, after a great love. I have been living in Japan for 29 years. I'm very good at Japanese.

The home cooking menu that inherits the thoughts of Lorance's parents and values the taste of Maman in Paris is popular. During lunch and dinner time, the menu changes daily, so you can enjoy the daily menu and be excited. Sweets for tea time are also recommended.

Today, I would like to introduce Kish and gratin. Kish has a fluffy texture like an omelet wrapped in pie dough. Gratin is a taste of meat sauce full of vegetables, mashed potatoes and cheese. Every time you carry a spoon, the mellow taste spreads in your mouth richly.

Lunch set comes with an alternative French bread and soup. The soup cup is wonderful. When I asked Mr. Lorance, the knife fork was made in France. I thought that cups were also made in France, so I procured them in Japan. He says he uses his grandmother's handmade coaster at the shop carefully. My heart has warmed up.

IMG_2473.JPG IMG_2471.JPG

IMG_2477.JPG IMG_2478.JPG

I would like everyone to enjoy delicious food at a cafe with a cozy atmosphere, healed by the smiles of Mr. Rolands and the staff while feeling sincere hospitality.

(We are shooting with permission from Mr. Lorans.)
