Recommended course for walks in Ginza Christmas illuminations

[Mill] Nov. 30, 2014 09:00

Finally, December is the season when the city shines with Christmas illuminations.

Especially in Ginza, the whole city is gorgeous with illuminations.

Here are some walking courses where you can enjoy the Christmas season.

First, go to the Sony Building at the Sukiyabashi intersection.

Until December 25, "Sound Planetarium 2014" will be held.

DSC_4081.JPG

In the beautiful starry sky of "MEGASTAR-II", a planetarium that can project as many as 10 million stars, a program where you can enjoy a trip to the moon on a high-quality high-resolution sound source.

The starry sky reflected in the full room is very romantic.

In the second half of the program from December 1st, you can listen to unicorn "Fee So Moon", Ken Hirai "Tomorrow" and Fumiya Fujii "Breath at Dawn".

From 11:00 to 19:00, it is projected at 5, 25 and 45 minutes per hour.

It seems to be crowded on weekends and holidays and after 17:00, so weekdays are recommended.

In particular, it is recommended for the illumination walk around 16:00.

Because when I saw the planetarium at that time and went out, it was already dark, and the neon in the city of Ginza looked like a star, and it was very beautiful.

DSC_4089.JPG

After leaving Sony Building, take Harumi-dori St. toward Tsukiji.

Turn at the corner of Wako at the Ginza 4-chome intersection and follow Chuo-dori toward Nihonbashi.

In front of Mikimoto, a beautiful Christmas tree

Every hour, you can enjoy the illuminations that change the dazzling color.

DSC_3790.JPG

This tree, which has been popular as a winter tradition, is said to be the last this year due to the rebuilding of the Mikimoto Building.

It is lit every day until 22:00 until December 25.

A little more on Chuo-dori toward Nihonbashi, and Illumination of the Bulgarian Tower.

Bulgarian's characteristic design "Serpenti" shines.

The eye color is different every year, and this year it is purple.

DSC_3619.JPG

The illuminations of Chanel's building on the diagonal line of the Bulgarian Tower, Louis Vuitton next door, are also beautiful.

Then go further toward Nihonbashi and pass through the overpass of the Ginza 1-chome expressway, you will see Tokyo Square Garden.

This is also colored with beautiful illuminations every year.

DSC_3752.JPG

In the underground garden, there is a romantic gazebo.

There are benches inside, so be sure to take a commemorative photo.

DSC_4140.JPG

There are many fashionable cafes, restaurants, and bars in Tokyo Square Garden, so it's nice to enjoy tea and meals, and Tokyo Metro Kyobashi Station is directly connected to the square, so it's convenient to go somewhere next.

From the Sukiyabashi intersection to this point, about 1 km Christmas illumination walk course

If you have time, please enjoy it.

Walking around Tsukuda in autumn

[TAKK...] Nov. 27, 2014 09:00

000.jpg

A refreshing autumn day.

I would like to go on such a walk, ask historic sites, enjoy the autumn leaves, and eat delicious lunches.

First of all, from the ruins of Shinkawa.

001.jpg

"Shinkawa is a canal that is said to have been excavated by Zuiken Kawamura in Manji 3 (1660). In the Edo era, it was used for boating and transportation, and both banks were first prosperous as a timber wholesaler and later a liquor store wholesaler. " -Chuo-ku Tourism Association -

Now it has already been reclaimed, and this Shinkawa monument reminds us of those days.

01.jpg

It is the birthplace of the Central Commercial School.

Dr. Junjiro Takagusu, a Buddhist scholar, visited Europe and the United States, and was established with the aim of fostering highly educated merchants.

The school building was relocated from Shinkawa, Chuo-ku to Kameido, Koto-ku in 2001.

02.jpg

It is a cherry tree on the Sumida River Terrace.

Cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring, but autumn leaves are beautiful in autumn.

03.jpg

Cross the Chuo-ohashi Bridge and head for Tsukuda.

04.jpg

Colorful leaves.

05.jpg

You can also enjoy beautiful flowers.

06.jpg

Beautiful ginkgo.

07.jpg

Near Tsukuda Kobashi.

It has a taste.

After enjoying the scenery, head to Takasago to buy a lunch box.

08.jpg

"Yakibuta croquette curry."

First of all, yakibuta croquettes are very delicious.

It has a kibuta and is very rich.

The curry is very spicy, but the onion is sweet and well-balanced.

10.jpg

The contents of the croquette.

There are a lot of fine kibutas.

09.jpg

"Yamagata beef yakiniku lunch box".

The meat is very delicious and the sauce is fragrant.

It has volume and is reasonable.

It was a nice walk to enjoy a delicious lunch while enjoying the refreshing autumn leaves.

Kiralito Ginza

[TAKK...] Nov. 26, 2014 17:00

I went to the commercial facility "KIRARITO GINZA" in Ginza 1-chome, which opened on October 30 (Thursday).

20141126 (2). JPG

First of all, we had lunch at "WORLD DINER produced by cow master".

Appetizers and drinks are in a buffet style.

20141126 (3). JPG

The main one comes.

This is a hamburger.

20141126 (4). JPG

This is a hamburger.

It will be provided in an open state.

The meat is juicy and very delicious.

We stopped by "Kiwa Seisakusho" on the 5th floor.

It is an accessory parts shop where you can easily enjoy handmade.

The inside of the store is quite large.

At the experience corner that even beginners can enjoy, challenge making "UV resin" accessories with my wife.

Beginners are safe because the clerk will teach you kindly.

20141126 (1). JPG

"UV resin" means "ultraviolet curing resin", and liquid that reacts to ultraviolet rays and hardens can be poured into a mold to create your favorite shape.

This time, I made a hair band and earrings.

I'm clumsy and it took time, but if I immerse myself in the work, it would be a change of mind, and when I can do it, I have a sense of accomplishment.

Next, go to the fruit tart specialty store "Deris tart & Cafe".

You can enjoy tasty tart with a cute French-style interior.

20141126 (5). JPG

Tart of kuri and matcha.

20141126 (6). JPG

Strawberry tart.

Both were very elegant.

The gelato also looked delicious.

The inside of the glass-walled building was very bright and open, delicious food was eaten, and valuable experiences were also available.

In the basement, there are still many popular shops such as "My Italian TOKYO".

I'd like to go again.

■In the scenery of the city, I was worried about the unevenness of the height with the surrounding buildings. In addition, for disaster prevention, in buildings with large glass surfaces, I was worried about the danger of falling glass fragments when there was an earthquake more than expected.

I hoped that close exchange of opinions between businesses and the government, such as unified cityscapes and urban disaster prevention, would be continued. .

[Showa Doritanken Record] #01: Creative Japanese Restaurant (Ginza 1-chome) that feels the spirit of hospitality

[Dye] Nov. 22, 2014 09:00

Speaking of Nihonbashi and Ginza, many people think of Chuo-dori, but there are many wonderful hidden spots in Showa-dori, which runs parallel to the east of Chuo-dori, and its vicinity.

At this time, I often walk around Showa-dori, and I am fascinated by that charm. So, I made it into a series without permission (^^;)

The first one is Hotomeki, a creative Japanese restaurant that feels the spirit of hospitality.

The taste and beauty of the dish (* ^^ *), and the cost of the dish was surprised at the w (poo) w

The atmosphere of the shop and clerks is warm and fashionable, and it is really comfortable.

s09_01.jpg s09_02.jpg

It is located along Showa-dori between Takaracho Station and Higashi-Ginza Station on the Toei Asakusa Line, next to Ginza Ichi Post Office.

The Gin Toichi Pedestrian Bridge is also a landmark. It is about a 4-minute walk from Ginza 1-chome Station on the Yurakucho Line.

I visited several times at lunch, but I'm worried about what to eat deliciously. (If the stomach is bigger. 。 。)

Lunch boxes were also sold at noon and were crowded with many customers.

It is full of attractive menus at night, and it seems that it is often reserved.

s09_03.jpg s09_04.jpg

A juicy cod's Saikyo-yaki and a scallop cream croquette. Hamburger with a refreshing taste

Among them, the best choice is "Ginza Seafood Don"

The amount of rice is enough, but no matter how you eat it, there are more things on board.

Moreover, it was fatty, and when I ate it for the first time, the cheek fell! I thought it (^^;)

It seems that fresh seafood is purchased from Tsukiji, which has been cultivated for over 30 years, and unique routes from various places.

s09_05.jpg

Tamagoyaki is from Tsukiji "Marutake", which is also known at Terry Ito's parents' home.

Sushi vinegar is "Shobun vinegar" from Okawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which has a history of 300 years.

I've been to eat in a line for a long time in Tsukiji grounds, but Hotomeki's seafood bowl is more delicious! I personally think.

In addition, seafood bowls can be served with a meal or dessert of tuna, but the quality of this dessert is very high.

I have no eyes on the topic of sweets, but this dessert has exquisite sweetness and sourness and may be the number one in me.

Moreover, it looks so beautiful, so I looked at it for a while.

s09_06.jpg s09_07.jpg

The left is an apple dessert. The candy work is beautiful. On the right is another day, pumpkin pudding and persimmon compote.

The persimmon was so delicious (≧ ▽ ≤) bubbles made of lemon juice are refreshing.

It is said that a chef from a French restaurant with stars thinks and makes it. It seems that the content changes every 10 days.

At lunchtime, the above seafood bowl + dessert is ¥1,090, so it's a surprise price.

The friendly owner was raised in Chuo-ku, and his parents had been a lunch box here for more than 30 years, but it was opened two years ago as the current "Hotomeki".

The store name "Hotomeki" is a dialect of the Chikugo region centered on Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, which means "hospitality", so it is a shop where you can actually feel wonderful hospitality.

As expected, Ginza! But it's a secret!

It's been a long time since I wrote it with excitement, but I would like everyone to go to check it out.

☆Tuesday, November 25 11:45-It seems that it will be featured on the broadcast "Lunch Trip" (TV Tokyo).☆
