[Kyobashi] Take-out “Kyobashiya Curry” for health-conscious spice curry

Kyobashi-ya curry at the site of the Kyobashi Daikon Riverside Vegetable Market. Previously, this shop was exclusively for takeout.

I told you that it became a gate store, but the important curry story was not yet.

Kyobashi-ya curry is additive-free and no flour. Even those with gluten allergies can feel safe.

You can enjoy it. This curry is gentle to the body, which doesn't get stomach lean.

 

I specialize in taking out, so I feel like Kyobashi or Ginza e like an office, home, or picnic.

The curry that I like curry more than three meals is common to the curry that I eat repeatedly.

Feeling and disappearing taste. Disappearance taste is a taste that disappears quickly from the mouth without any extra thing left.

It is one of the ideal forms of curry where you can feel the effect of spices.

 

The original spice curry with no miscellaneous taste of Kyobashiya curry can be tasted at other stores.

It's the only one. It's only here, so I want to come back to eat again.

 

This time, I ordered triple curry.

Three kinds of dry Date chicken curry, Tokie curry and keema are available at a time.

Kyobashi-ya curry, which carefully selects all ingredients from all over the country, has a special rice dish.

The cooking is also best matched to curry. The amount of rice is relatively large, but it's delicious.

It's flattened without difficulty. Women may be reduced.

Well, what I'm worried about is Tokie curry. This creative thing. Would you like to see me elsewhere?
I don't know. It is an original menu. The name "Tokie" is made of ingredients.

It is derived from acronym for some chicken, cabbage, and shrimp. Every time a dish is served in a different manner.

Curry has become a must-have menu for me when the herb is served. The foundation of taste
Chicken, cabbage with a slight texture, and homemade oil with shrimp scents are trinity and whole.

Keema is good quality pork for shabu-shabu and tomato juice that is selected every time you purchase.

It is not spicy with a deep taste of decisiveness, but umami and refreshing feeling. It's strange after meal

It's clean. If you are not good at spicy curry, please try Kema.

It is also partially sold at the "Murakaramachikarakan" on the first floor of the Tokyo Kotsu Kaikan in Yurakucho.

 

My husband developed chemical sensitivity, making normal face-to-face business difficult since last year.

Kyobashi-ya curry. At first, he was worried, but it became a take-out specialty store.

So, even those who could not enter the store until now can taste the curry of Kyobashi-ya.

My husband also became less sick, so this business transformation could be called Win-Win.

Nihonbashi Benmatsu Sohonten, a shop that originated from a specialty store for folding dishes

"Dark taste. The taste of Edo Nihonbashi. Benmatsu, who has been very famous for a long time as a lunch box.

This time, I would like to introduce this shop that was founded in Kaei 3 (1850).

 

However, I will introduce the history of Mr. Benmatsu in detail later.

 

Mr. Junichi Higuchi, Representative Director of Nihonbashi Benmatsu Sohonten Co., Ltd.

It is the eighth generation of Benmatsu-san.

In the eighth generation, we will also introduce interviews and the history of Nihonbashi.

Then I would like to introduce some items. All prices are tax-included.

 

First of all, from lunch box ...

It's a very reasonable dish.

Benmatsu's lunch box and side dishes (Daimaru Tokyo store is only lunch box) are sold at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi / Ginza store, Nihonbashi Takashimaya, Isetan Shinjuku, Seibu Ikebukuro / Shibuya store, Chiba Sogo department store stores as well as supermarkets, but this lunch box is limited to the main store.

 

The lunch box from here is the price of white rice.

Red rice is increased by 150 yen before tax, and single dishes are reduced by 240 yen before tax.

"Tsukudani"-Nihonbashi Funasa-

This is a rosemary sea, based on "gifts and I enjoy myself."

 

Founded in 1862 (Bunkyu 2), we visited Funasa Nihonbashi, a long-established Tsukudani company.

 

Mr. Funasa's history will be described at a later date, and this time I would like to introduce the products of the shop centered on Tsukudani.

It's a very fragrant tsukudani.

"Edomae Tsukudani" is dry in Edomae since its inception.

The aged sauce gives a unique depth, and you can feel the elegant spiciness and good aftertaste.

It goes well with white rice and ochazuke.

"Maroka Tsukudani" is moderately sweet and spicy according to modern tastes.

It is a tsukudani with low salt content while keeping the technique since its founding.

It is made with a recipe that reduces the taste of soy sauce and makes the mouthfeel.

This is a collaboration product of three long-established stores in Nihonbashi, pretending to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Nihonbashi Bridge in 2011.

The basic materials are Niben's bonito flakes, Yamamoto-noriten's seaweed, and Nihonbashi Funasa's Chirimen Crepe.

Toriyasu Ryogokubashi's duck meat soboro has been added to these three stores in "Part 1".

To finish this, Hannosuke Kaneko's special tempura bowl soup is also added.

Room For Cake - Niina's Shop-

"Room For Cake" is located near Tsukiji Outer Market and Kachidokibashi, a corner of Tsukiji, which survived the war. That's just like a small cake shop in Paris "room for cake"? What a fashionable shop name! Then, when I asked Ina-san, a designer and cake decorator, she said that "sweets are different stomachs." It was a room in my stomach~

Niina's residence was Akashicho next door, and the shop was opened here three years ago, because the child is small. When I lived in Germany before, I went to France, and the shop is also an image of Paris.
