Introduction of seminars held from late February to mid-March ~ Hakutsuru Ginza Style ~

[rosemary sea] February 1, 2019 18:00

This is a rosemary sea, which directly covers "gifts and I enjoy myself."

Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), as I have explained so far, was set up for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.

Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.

Click here for past articles, "Seminar classrooms are like this" that can be imagined of classrooms.

⇒ /archive/2017/05/post-4353.html

Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. Hakutsuru Ginza Style Fukumoto also took care of this time.

This time, I would like to introduce two seminars that are currently being recruited from late February to mid-March.

Then...

amazake HP.JPG

<Seminar held twice that can be selected day and night>

Approach the charm of amazake!

Held on February 21 (Thursday)

Lecturer: Chiya Hagiwara, Product Development Division, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery

Participation fee: Lunch 2,000 yen (with amazake, dessert, tea and souvenirs)

We don't offer alcohol in the afternoon.

Night Club 4,000 yen (with amazake, sake, lunch box and souvenir)

   Time Daytime 14:00-15:30

      Night Club 18:45-20:15

   Application deadline: Wednesday, February 6

amazake is also called "drinking infusion" because of the effect of sake lees and koji.

I approach the secret of amazake.

You can experience drinking comparison with different kinds of amazake.

There is also an introduction to drinks and dessert recipes using amazake.

It will be held twice as long as you can choose from day and night.

In the afternoon, you can enjoy tasting amazake desserts, and in the evening, you can enjoy sake along with seasonal lunch.

In the daytime section, preschool children can be accompanied by advance notice.

Mr. Akashi, Director, HP.JPG

The state-of-the-art sake brewing, described by the director of the Hakutsuru Research Office

March 14 (Thursday)

Lecturer: Takahiro Akashi, General Manager, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Research Office

Participation fee: 5,000 yen (with lunch box, sake and souvenirs)

   Time 18:45~20:15

   Application deadline: Wednesday, February 27

This seminar will be held by Mr. Shiratsuru's laboratory director himself.

The latest brewing research and technology development will be explained in an easy-to-understand and polite manner.

There are plenty of back stories that are hard to hear, such as the state of the laboratory and difficult stories.

You can enjoy the specialty sake with a seasonal lunch box.

Why don't you master the deep world of sake that you can't usually know?

In the case of a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.

(Every seminar is popular. The probability of winning lottery is high.

Bacon and Caponta Risotto [Saposen Tudiaki]

[Dimini ☆ Cricket] February 1, 2019 09:00

sappos201901.JPG

It's Saposen Tudiaki, a delicious Italian restaurant that is close to the company and is often used for lunch.

I've introduced it in this blog before.

sappos201902.JPG

The place is a little bit from Tsukiji 1-chome, Heisei-dori. It's right next to Chuo-ku government office.

It's the place in red on the map below.

sappos201900.jpg

Today, we order "bacon and kaponata risotto" from the lunch menu.

sappos201903.JPG

First of all, appetizer plate

The sour oil dressing on the salad enhances your appetite.

It also comes with kish and soft chicken.

sappos201904.JPG

It's the main risotto

Capenata is one of Italian dishes, which is fried eggplant in olive oil, fried vegetables such as zucchini, celery, and tomato, and lightly boiled with wine vinegar, sugar, spices, etc.

Rich taste, risotto full of vegetables is delicious.

sappos201905.JPG

"Saposen Tudiaki" is based in regional cuisine, Sardinia, Italy, and enjoys Italian at a reasonable price.

The shop was open at 11:30, and when I went around 12:00 on the day, it was almost full.

We recommend that you enter the store early.

This time, I would like to touch on the history of Bunmeido Nihonbashi Main Store.

It is introduced in two parts: "Castella and Bunmeido" and "Bunmeido History Chronicle".

This time, I was also taken care of by the manager of the Hoshino head office of Bunmeido Tokyo Nihonbashi Main Store Co., Ltd.

Then...

(At the Embassy of Japan in Spain, the master of civilization and Ambassador Francis Cocaste Rio)

Castella and Mr. Bunmeido

Castella was introduced to the Spanish "Sweets of the Kingdom of Castilian" and was introduced to Nagasaki, which was thriving as a port of Nanban trade in the 16th century.

Bunmeido was founded in Nagasaki, Kyushu in 1900.

As you all know, Nagasaki prospered as the only trading port with Western Europe during the Edo period when Japan was isolated.

Bunmeido spread castella grown in Nagasaki from Portugal, Spain, as Japanese sweets.

Confectionery made with scrutinized materials and the skills of skilled craftsmen.

Mr. Bunmeido will deliver the deliciousness created from it with sincerity.

It is Bunmeido's desire to add color to the moment of relaxation, which has been handed down since its founding.

Everything is for the customer's smile. I will continue to do this.

Tsukiji Out-of-site, year-end purchase 2019

[Shiba Inu] January 29, 2019 14:00

It is a topic that has just changed the year and is too early, but it is an introduction of the end-of-year purchase at Tsukiji Outer Market. It seems that there are many people who want to go but do not understand well, so it is easy, but we will deliver the situation of the site and how to enjoy it.

P1030168.png

The date is 12/30. There are plenty of items on sale, from seafood, meat, seaweed, roast beef, kejan and chestnut kinton, a restaurant purveyor to daily necessities. Each store opens around 5 o'clock in the morning, so you can move quickly if you go out of the hall just before and grab the intuition of each street while wandering around. The actual outside is not so big. There are a lot of shops there.

P1030141.png

It is very crowded after the sun rises, so we recommend the time from early morning to sunrise. You don't have to worry about selling out. Also, there is a mysterious uplift that a large number of people are on the market during this time. It's fun to come to Yokai's night market. There is a parking lot, but it's congested, so it might be better to leave to get there early or ask a driver.

P1030152.png

In addition to the purchase, there are also pleasures of eat-in. There are a wide variety of things such as Kuansu sushi and ramen at dawn. The complex Tsukiji Fish Bank Restaurant Floor is open at 7:00 in the morning. There is also a delicious shop here!

P1030174.png

Every egg-yaki shop is a large line of prosperity, but there are shops that can be bought early in the morning even if you don't make a reservation. It takes about 10 to 20 minutes to line up. As expected, the shop is also quick! The 100 yen egg skewers are sold normally.

P1030177.png

At present, the hall is completely closed and cannot be entered. Until last year, I was free to enter and exit, and I was able to see the sunrise rising to Tokyo Bay from the hall.

P1030135.png

It is not recommended for those who are not good at crowded places because there are many crowds, but if you go early, you can enjoy watching around without stress. After shopping, I think it would be refreshing to go home after watching the sunrise rising at Namiki Inari Shrine, Kachidokibashi, Tsukiji Honganji, etc.

P1030180.png

As mentioned above, it was a simple and rush, but it was an introduction of the year-end purchase at Tsukiji Outer Market. Please come and visit us at the end of 2019. It's fun!

The official website of Tsukiji Outer Market is available. → Here

The exquisite Sanuki udon and Kashiwa-ten @ Ningyocho "Taniya"

[Edamame] January 29, 2019 12:00

This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.

・・How are you, everyone?

The Edamame family is after the New Year has settled down.

I was hit by the flu in my family.

(Only Edamame seems to have escaped safely, but it is probably due to the tiredness of nursing care of her daughter Azuki.

For some reason, it seems that I got only a nose cold from somewhere. I had a sore throat and nose.

Whether you're planning to meet your friends or go out.

Correspondent activities and study for the "Chuo-ku Tourism Test" on February 3rd.

Everything was blown away somewhere (tears).

・・No matter what you do, it is health first. That's right.

And yeah. The flu is still ragedy.

Please take care of yourself.

That's why I finally came to be able to live everyday in my family.

First of all, I would like to go out for lunch with my family.

The aim is ... the neighborhood of my home, and the teacher's shop where I learned how to make udon a while ago.

(Click here for the article at that time → /archive/2018/11/hama-house-2.html)

This is Sanuki udon "Taniya" in Ningyocho.

DSC_5030-1.jpg

After all, there is a line at lunchtime on the day off.

Still, maybe it's a udon shop.

I didn't have to wait for a long time because the rotation was good.

In my home, I said that it would be okay to use the counter seat instead of the table seat.

I was told that you were able to guide you early.

(In the case of a child smaller than azuki who is over 3 and a half years old)

I think there are cases where you are worried about a tall chair at the counter seat. )

That's right. There were a lot of customers with children.

There are quite a few table seats.

(Counter seats: 15 seats table seats: 18 seats)

I think that even small children can eat rice together with peace of mind.

DSC_5033-1.jpg

By the way, in the space near the entrance

"Tani-sensei," Mr. Tani, the owner of the shop, makes udon noodles.

I can see it while I wait.

Actually, it's not hard to wait that much.

I'm looking at the menu between the queues, so I ordered it as soon as I got a seat.

I came here without waiting so long after ordering.

DSC_5035-1.jpg

If you come here, you will ask for nothing.

"Kashiwa Tentsuke Udon" is 1000 yen.

(You can choose whether it is warm or cold. Because we are warm today.

DSC_5034-1.jpg

There are three "Kashiwa Ten (chicken breast tempura)" and three vegetable tempura.

Today's vegetables were "shiitake mushrooms, green onions, carrots".

I feel that this is different depending on the season.

I think you're choosing a delicious one at that time.

In fact, the garlic tempura was very sweet and delicious!

And then. I wrote it in the previous article.

Edamame, this "Kashiwaten" is my favorite.

Mr. Tani said before that he was quite particular about chicken.

It's a breast, but it's soft and delicious.

Oh, happy! I did it. Shimijimi. Shimijimi.

Of course, the udon that Mr. Tani hits with heart is also exquisite.

It's shiny, beautiful, firm, and really delicious.

No matter how many times you come, you won't get tired of eating, and it's a taste that makes you want to eat again.

I think it's because I have the experience of hitting myself.

A neighbor is a shop where you can enjoy such delicious udon.

I think it's really happy.

By the way, about the amount of udon.

No matter which you choose the average (about 200 grams), medium (about 300 grams), or large (about 400 grams).

It's the same price.

(If it is extra-large, it will be +150 yen.)

What a wallet-friendly setting!

It means that one woman becomes full at the same time.

If you have two adults (male + female) + one 3-year-old child, about two middles?

Did you say that?

This area depends on the situation at home or how much appetite.

It is easy to adjust the amount according to the situation, so when you go out with children.

I'm really grateful for the udon restaurant.

As a food ingredient, wheat should have been checked for allergies in the early stages of baby food.

It's nice to be able to eat with peace of mind.

DSC_5036-1.jpg

Of course, there are also forks and bowls for small children for families.

You can eat with peace of mind.

That's why I had a good taste while chewing my health.

This year without any more illness

I want to stay healthy and eat a lot of delicious food.

And in summer, "Taniya" has a delicious cold bukkake udon.

The contents of the tempura are different depending on the season.

I would like to ask you again!
