[Ginza 1-chome] All-you-can-eat shrasco! "Superbanana Ginza"

[Ino-chan] January 14, 2019 18:00

I went to Shlaskalia in Ginza, Spellbanana Ginza.

Schracaria is a Brazilian meat restaurant specializing in Schracco, which is juicy.

Carnivors who can enjoy lean meat to their heart's content gather, relax, and supplement the vitality of tomorrow.

It's a place.

Spell Bagcana Ginza is the pioneer of slascalia in Japan.

A sister store of Demaeis (Ginza 8-chome), a building PUZZLE GINZA, directly connected to Ginza 1-chome Station, directly connected to Ginza 1-chome Station.

It is located on the top floor of Zuru Ginza.

In puzzle Ginza, more than half of the tenants are restaurants whose mainstay is meat dishes.

I've introduced it before as the best meat spot in Ginza.

Spellbanana In Ginza, scrusco containing rare parts is called "Hojigio".

It is provided in an all-you-can-eat format. Even in the home country of Brazil, Schlasco is this hozie

It seems that geo is a standard style.

Lunch is also held, but this time we have plenty of dinner time where you can enjoy the night view.

I've tasted a total of 12 kinds + α Schlasco.

The number of posts exceeded 1,000 (!) Click here for lunch report by Mr. Ginzo (August 2016)

"Brazilian Shrasco opens in Super Bacana Ginza, opening in July"

This green and red sign is also used in Brazilian Hojigio, depending on the store.

The shape varies, but when the sign is green, the offer of Schracco begins, and when it turns red.

The meaning of "no thank you" is common. At our table, the last o

There was no red sign at the end.

In addition to Schlasco, baked cheese, baked pineapple, and pondecejo (Brazil)

It is served every time the mochimochi cheese bread is baked. Don't be what you want

In that case, I can refuse each time, but my table does not know that I will refuse.

And this is the salad bar. Because there is Brazilian food, I don't usually see much.

Something too. There was also Ferijoada, a national food from Brazil. Feijoada is beans

It is a dish of stewed meat and goes well with rice.

Above all, the special curry that uses shrasco meat luxuriously makes a sense.

You can use a stand business type, can you open a new store with this curry alone?

The real pleasure of Schrasco is that it cuts a large chunk of meat in front of you.

On this day, Schrasukeiro (Shrasco craftsman) went around each table and made a lively meat.

I'll slice it.

I didn't use the red sign, but I liked it when I ordered the last order.

I was able to make a "replacement request", and finally I am very satisfied with my stomach.

Everybody in Shrasukeiro has a wonderful smile. Enhance the whole floor cheerfully

Thank you very much. When asked for a photo shoot, the staff said, "I'm good!"

When I hung it, it was true that everyone looked back without hesitation.

Baccana, which is said to be fat meat, can be eaten as much as you like, with lean meat that is not fat.

Hojigio is surprisingly healthy. I became a fan of the shop, and again

I wanted to go right away. It's wrong that it's a fun meal whenever you visit with anyone.

I don't know. It is also recommended for the New Year's party.

[Grand Open on January 11] It is also related to Tsukiji Namiki Shrine! Tsukiji's new specialty @TSUKIJI DELI Tsukiji alley back store

[Hanes] January 10, 2019 14:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
Join us on a tour for correspondents (it is a privilege of correspondents who can tour places that are not usually open to the public)
The other day, I went to Tsukiji Outer Market with Mr. Kozaru, a senior correspondent who was getting along well.

One of the merits of becoming a correspondent is that you can also interact with those who are interested in the history, culture, gourmet, events, etc. of Chuo-ku.
If you are looking for a companion to walk around the town, or if you are looking for a pioneering partner for Ginza / Tsukiji gourmet, please
Why don't you take the Chuo-ku sightseeing test and aim to be a correspondent?

By the way, the new specialty of Tsukiji in the title is the grand opening on January 11th.
You can have it at TSUKIJI DELI Tsukiji alley back store produced by Tsukiji Oomiya Beef Store.
The place is on the left side of the narrow passage between Isemasa, a marine product, and Tsukiji Kimuraya, famous for Anpan.

IMG_3938.JPG
(It's around where you can see the signboard.)

The interior of the store has a brick motif that reminds you of Tsukiji during the Tsukiji Reservation period, and is stylish.
And because it is located behind the alley as you can see in the store name.
It's calm enough to think, "Is it really a Tsukiji Outer Market?", It looks like a hideaway.
Isn't it a perfect place when you want to relax a little in Tsukiji, where there are many people?

IMG_3934.JPG

IMG_3921.JPG

And the menu that is expected to become a new specialty is the menu.
Tsukiji sake lees Milk Mashiro (MASHIRO) and roast beef rice ball (RBO).

Tsukiji Deli.jpg

The visit was a pre-opening period before the grand opening.
We were able to get more (Plain) for half price of 100 yen!
The white rabbit (based on the legend of Kaga's Moon Rabbit) is very cute and seems to be a girl.
It's not just cute.

Tsukiji Deli 2.jpg

This drink was made of rice offered to the god of Tsukiji Namiki Shrine.
It is a blend of precious sake lees and milk from Kaga Hyakumangoku famous sake "Manzai Raku".
It is a drink close to the god who has been watching Tsukiji for a long time since the landfill and construction of Tsukiji.
It can be enjoyed by drivers, regardless of men and women of all ages.
Another point is that it is non-alcoholic.

The scent is very similar to the usual amazake, but I was surprised to drink it!
Certainly, you can see that sake lees are contained, but the richness of milk is as effective as sake lees, and it is very smooth.
It is a sweet that you drink with a new sense that you did not seem to have ever existed.

And sake lees have a lot of nice effects.
It is said that sesame, matcha, and kinako flavors are also recommended because each taste comes out.
Next time, I would like to have other flavors.

IMG_3918.JPG

Also, the roast beef in the case seemed to be too delicious.
I also had roast beef rice balls!
This is a roast beef of serloin, which has been established for 90 years this year, with the reputation of Oomiya Beef Store.
This is a kind of collaboration product that incorporates ingredients from shops in Tsukiji Outer Market as ingredients.

It seems that there will be six types later, but the tools at the time of the visit were "Oomiya Special Ponzutare", "Fujimoto Shoten Yuzukosho", "Edo Ichi Iida Mizansho", and "Suita Shoten Shisoshi Okonbu".
All of them look delicious and get lost.
Meanwhile, we chose "Suita Shoten Shisoshi Okonbu" (Kozaru-san) and "Fujimoto Shoten Yuzu Kosho" (Hans).

Tsukiji Deli 3.jpg
(Lower left: Shisoshio konbu, lower right: Yuzukosho)

The roast beef is very soft and I think, "Isn't it easier to bite than laver rice balls?"
Because it uses about 4g of roast beef, it has a volume.
I was thrilled that the rice ball part is rolled multiple times instead of one roast beef.

According to the shop, yuzu pepper is different from what you usually imagine, and it was fresh and a little bit crisp.
That's exactly right, the scent is very good, and I feel like "Yuzu pepper was so delicious."
The solid taste and commitment of the store providing the ingredients were also shining.

Tsukiji is also famous as a tourist destination, but it is also a workplace.
The TSUKIJI DELI Tsukiji alley back store introduced this time excites the Tsukiji outside market with new products (new specialties).
It seems that people working in Tsukiji can also drop in casually and aim to make it a shop that can be used.
Of course, the word of mouth of tourists is also helpful, but it is those who work in the land who know hidden famous shops.
Even in Tsukiji, there are many shops that have become popular because they are said to be "Tsukiji professional purveyors" or "Tsukiji site related purveyors".
Therefore, it is also important to gain the support of those who work at Tsukiji.

This is currently called "Roast Beef Onigiri (RBO)", but we are actually looking for a name! (Deadline is February 28, 2019)

IMG_3917.JPG

For those who have been hired, what! A meat chunk of sirloin roast beef equivalent to 3kg will be presented.
When you showed me how much it actually is, it seems to be this much.
Isn't it quite a lot?

IMG_3928.JPG

When you come to Tsukiji, please taste this rice ball and participate in the name recruitment campaign.
There's not a lot of such a luxurious and hungry campaign.

In addition, mackerel miso boiled (frozen), which was taken over by Chiaki third generation of fish riverbank, is also treated as a hidden specialty.
It's thick, has a strong taste and looks delicious.

IMG_3929.JPG

In addition, we also sell goods such as fashionable bags, T-shirts, and can badges with cute rabbits.
When you shop at Tsukiji, the number of plastic bags will increase, right?
In such a case, this bag is just right for putting your luggage together, and the town is well attached.
I'm glad that it can be used as a souvenir of Tsukiji and can be used everyday.

IMG_3933.JPG

The shop is kind and comfortable, and I think it is a shop that will become more and more talked about in the future.
Why don't you go to taste the new specialties a little earlier?

New Year's Kitahara Collection / New Year's Kitahara Collection

[HK] January 4, 2019 18:00

I went to the first sale of Meijiya on the first floor of Kyobashi Edgran. I arrived a little earlier, so I got down to the first basement floor and watched the Kitahara collection on display. It was a wonderful exhibition that I wanted to see all the time. We have not confirmed the exhibition period, but it is located in front of the Kyobashi Edgran Chuo-ku Tourist Information Center, so if you are interested, please drop in.

Visited Meijiya grocery store's first sale of the year. Arrived too early and spent time by looking at Kitahara toy collection display at B1 of Edogrand building. The exhibition was awesome! Have not confirmed the period, but those who are interested, please make a stop over at Kyobashi Edogrand B1. They are displayed in front of Chuo City Tourist Information Center.

Ningyocho-dori, full of atmosphere during the year-end and New Year holidays

[often slap] January 3, 2019 14:00

The Ningyocho Shopping Street, which runs from Ningyocho Station to Suitengumae Station, is located in Ningyocho Shopping Street.
Every year, during the year-end and New Year holidays, lanterns are served along the street.
sbt_1812_1.JPG

At night, the warm lanterns illuminate the streets and create a wonderful atmosphere.
Is it like an illumination that looks like a downtown area in Edo?
Ningyocho-dori is a street where you can enjoy various changes in outfits throughout the year, but I like this year-end and New Year lantern decoration best.
sbt_1812_2.JPG

Lanterns line up at the entrance of "Daikanonji".
sbt_1812_3.JPG

At the end of the year, Ningyocho-dori will become a “Toshinoichi” and there will be stalls selling Shinto straw festoon decorations. (Note: 2018 has already ended.)
sbt_1812_4.JPG
In this season, besides Toshinoichi, you can hear the voices of the town council's `` Beware of Fire '' and the sound of claps, and `` Torichika '' and `` Torichu '' who are famous for egg grilling Many people come to make reservations, and on weekday nights, there are many people returning from the year-end party, and the city of Ningyocho is full with the end of the year. And at the beginning of the year it will be a different crowd of people in new year worshipping.

In any case, it is a season when you feel that the various activities of those who live, work, and visitors in this city are shaped like this "lively lively". I would like to work hard as a correspondent next year as a tourist association so that I can well convey the charm of Chuo-ku's “lively lively”

The cozy and taste are good! Capris, a hidden home-style Western restaurant

[Hanes] December 30, 2018 12:00

Hello. This is a new correspondent, Hanes.
Did you eat something special on the day of Christmas?
I went to a long-awaited lunch at Caprice, a hidden home-style Western restaurant that I was worried about for more than a year.

The surrounding area is the area of Hatchobori, where residential areas are relatively noticeable.
The door of the shop is fitted with something like a Victoria morning stained glass.
Located in the back alley of a British city, it features a cute appearance like a tea room that is familiar to local residents.

DSC_3372.JPG

The recommendation of this shop is a daily one-plate lunch!
One plate is a cafe-like sound, isn't it?
On the day of use, in addition to the composition of young chicken peach meat and herbs of Sagochi (changed to Shimaji), a menu of salad, butter rice, and soup.
When you enter the store with excitement about what it looks and tastes....

DSC_3369.JPG

It was a very small and cozy space where the word cosy was perfect.
I couldn't imagine it from the exterior, but it was also highly evaluated that fashionable Western music was flowing.

DSC_3373.JPG

Soup is self-service and free to replace.
I went to get soup and enjoyed the atmosphere of the shop.
The fragrant butter rice and the one plate you want have been carried.

It was overturned my expectations in a good sense, "somehow more authentic than cafes."
The amount of salad and good freshness were high!
While there are many shops where salads and appetizers come out first, if you want to have vegetables from time to time while eating the main, reconfirm that there may be such a one plate.

DSC_3374.JPG

Will this confi and herb-grilled finish in Cali be conveyed in the photo?
It's just right, and the salt content of the sauce is exquisite.
And the most impressive thing was the config!
At first glance it looks like a simple cooking, and it's actually time-consuming.
The meat is soft, with a moderate mix of greyby and oil.
It was delicious with a nostalgic taste like home cooking I ate at homestay.

DSC_3375.JPG

The soup is a taste that goes well with both Western and Japanese dishes.
It contained fried oil, bacon (chunk), asparagus (autumm potem), and tofu.
I want to make it by imitating it.

At night, it will be open on a separate menu, so if you are not working nearby, it may be better to use it at night.

DSC_3377.JPG

The atmosphere and taste are good, and the shop is very kind and perfect.
Please note that the payment is only cash.
I am not the only person who really wants to use it like a "hideaway"
When you come around Hatchobori, why not stop by?
