This is a rosemary sea where we set up "Gift and Enjoy yourself".

This time, the 6th edition of the "Tour of shrines with a quiet appearance around Kayabacho Station and Hatchobori Station" series, introduces Tokufune Inari Shrine.

Then...

A long history

In this area, Shinkawa, during the Tokugawa period, the Shimoyashiki of the Echizen Matsudaira family was surrounded by three-way moats and was set up extensively (the old town name "Echizenbori" is derived from this).

※ Echizen moat was reclaimed after the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 (1923) and the war.

It is said that a small Inari was enshrined in it.

sacred object of worship is said to have been carved by cutting the bow of the Tokugawa family's playground.

In 1657, the world's furisode fire (the great fire of the Meiryaku era) spread to this area, but sacred object of worship was spared just before Awaya fire and was enshrined in Ebisu Inari, the land until 1922.

He was rescued again in the Great Kanto Earthquake, revived the company on the banks of the Sumida River (currently around Kitazume, Chuo-ohashi Bridge) in 1931 and was enshrined as a guardian deity of the town, but burned down due to the war.

After recreating at the same place in 1954, it was transferred to this area for the construction of the Chuo-ohashi Bridge Bridge in 1991.

Reisai Festival is November fifteenth.

Although it is a very small shrine, it seems to be a shrine that combines nature and the city with "Kamejima River" and "Minami Takahashi" on the back and a group of buildings.

This time, I will show you the Edo classical rakugo.

This is the 33rd time.

If you reverse "Tokufune", it is "Funatoku". However, it was introduced in the 7th edition of "Extra Edition of Newcomers 10 Years" on July 28, 2020.

The word "virtue" is also associated with "jutoku", but this has already been introduced in the 18th of "a shrine with a quiet appearance that can be reached from Ningyocho Station" No.26 . September twenty-eighth, 2020.

This time, we will introduce "Yamazakiya (Yamazakiya)".

"Tokujiro" is one of the characters. Sometimes it is "Tokusaburo" or "Tokusan".

<Preliminary confirmation corner>

(This time, the story is especially difficult.)
Parent's contract ...

A policy of "contracting" that eliminates various expenses such as celebrations by the guarantor back.

It seems that the general public sometimes did this in a name.

Tobigashira ...

The master of Tobi (construction, high-altitude workers).

Pick-up, etc.

Go to collect your money.

Two-minute stamps of garlic...

The shop where the gift certificate originated, Ninben "Nihonbashi Main Store", Tenpo 2nd year (1831), and Ihei Takatsu, the sixth generation, sold a "gift certificate" (called "stamp") that could be exchanged for bonito at any time. Was.

From the first story map (Chuo-ku Tourism Association)-

North country...

My husband thinks that it is also known as "Kaga's palace's mansion" and my bride is another name of "Yoshiwara".

On the way ...

The big husband draws "sankin kotai of the Daimyo" and the bride draws "Yoshiwara's Oiran Michinaka".

Sixty-six parts ...

A pilgrim who walks a part of Lotus Sutra to 66 temples and shrines nationwide. You can also say "six parts."

Here, it is said that the tengu possessed this, so the feet are extra fast.

3 minutes ...

The fee for calling Oiran. He said that he paid this, so he came with an apprentice called Shinzo.

"Yamazakiya,"

I fall in love with the young husband of Yamazakiya, a tokko wholesaler in Nihonbashi Yokoyama-cho, Tokujiro, and Oiran of Yoshiwara.

So I ask the guard to spend money.

The guard recommends that you do a "contract" anyway, and that is also a "parent contract".

・・・ From here, things proceed according to the plot of the head.

The former Oiran leaves it to the Tobito after being contracted.

The head goes to Tokujiro to pick up one hundred cars.

Tokujiro, where he gives the hundred money to Tobito and reports to his husband, "Hundred cars, my wallet was dropped."

A Tobito came there and said, "I picked up my wallet." I'll receive it.

I go to thank my husband, Tobito, but as the guard says, I will receive two-minute stamps of Tobito and Ninben, but I will return the ten thanks.

In front of a good husband, a beautiful lady (actually former Oiran) who served tea was written by Tobito's wife's sister, and returned from working at the mansion.

Tokujiro and former Oiran were married according to the prospect of the guard, saying, "Be the bride of the sword."

I'll ask my wife at a later date.

"Where did you work?"

Bride (former Oiran) "I'm in the northern country."

"Are you going on the way?"

Bride "Go out in the evening, go to Iseya, Yamato, Nagato, Nagasaki ..."

Husband "Wait a minute, go out in the evening and go from Ise to Yamato, Nagato, Nagasaki, walk around the countries, walk 66 parts, the master of the feet is a flying leg shop, and you have a tengu in six parts? "

The bride "No, I got a new one in three minutes."

The construction date was grounded in 1931 and completed in March 1932.

Kibashi was not bridged in Edo in the current area of Minami Takahashi, but only Takahashi was located upstream of the Kamejima River.

After the Great Kanto Earthquake, when large-scale parcels were developed on the streets, a new bridge was built on the Kamejima River between Motominato-cho at that time and Echizenbori 1-chome on the opposite bank.

The city of Tokyo has cut its budget due to the renovation of many bridges.

Therefore, it was rebuilt in 1904 in Meiji 37 (1904), and the central part of the triple truss of Ryogoku Bridge on the Sumida River, which was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, was reinforced, and the bridge width was narrowed and erected as Minami Takahashi.

In Tokyo, unusually a part of the truss bridge in 1904 will remain today, and in that sense it is valuable as a modern civil engineering heritage.

It is the second oldest steel truss bridge in Tokyo after Hachiman Bridge (former Dansho Bridge) relocated to Koto-ku, and is the sixth oldest steel truss bridge in Japan that can pass vehicles.

It is registered with the inhabitants of the ward Tangible Cultural Property.

Take a shared car from the front of Kabukiza Theater and get off the car in front of the gunpowder Inari, cross Minami Takahashi, reach the landing wharf called Echizen moat, sit on a stone and watch the moon.

The factory in Ishikawajima shines brilliantly with lights and is a state of prosperity.

On the water, there are 23 steamships bound for Izu Oshima.

On top of the wharf, there are 23 men and women who speak at the moon.

The boatman who often hangs on the shore frequently hears the voice of the boatman.

2-20, Shinkawa

It's the base of Minami Takahashi.

From the previous spot "Oiwa Inari Tamiya Shrine", go out again on "Kajibashi-dori" and go to the left about 200m, right in front of Minami Takahashi.
