1st place in "Resident Mikochi (Local Government) Ranking"
This year, Chuo-ku is ranked first in the "Living Community Ranking". As a private matter, I lived in Tsukuda, Chuo-ku for about 16 and a half years ago, and moved to Tokyo about two and a half years ago. I think about the goodness of Chuo-ku once again. The current address is close to JR Station, so it is highly convenient in daily life (shopping, etc.), but Chuo-ku was overwhelmingly excellent in access to Shinkansen, Haneda and Narita. It was also good that there are many historical sites of history and culture. It is inferior to Kansai, the center of Japanese culture (laughs) ... It seems that things can be lost, separated, and for the first time, they can realize their true value. Everyone who continues to live in Chuo-ku, I'm really envious. >Daito Kendo conducted a housing satisfaction survey and announced the "Good Room Net Street Living Ranking 2021 <Tokyo Metropolitan Area Version>". As a result of a survey of 165,302 adult men and women living in the Tokyo metropolitan area (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa prefectures), the number one place in the "Mikochi (local government) ranking" was "Chuo-ku, Tokyo" for the third consecutive year. The second place was "Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo" for the third consecutive year, and the third place was "Minato-ku, Tokyo" for the sixth place last year. ◆No. 1 for three consecutive years! "Chuo-ku, Tokyo" and "Chuo-ku" are convenient for shopping, transportation, and commuting, while there are famous commercial centers nationwide such as Ginza and Nihonbashi, there are also towns with downtown atmosphere such as Tsukishima and Ningyocho. Even though it is a city center, there is a historical area such as historic sites and promenade where you can experience nature, so you can enjoy a holiday stroll. It has good access to Haneda and Narita Airport, and there are many large-scale condominiums around Kachidoki and Harumi in the coastal area due to redevelopment of the city center. The high convenience of transportation and life has been evaluated, and it seems that it has led to the first place for three consecutive years.
