"Nihonbashi Imo Yagane Jiro" is located in Nihonbashi Muromachi. When you enter Cored Muromachi 2, a long line is always formed. For the purpose, there is a fried workshop in the "fried freshly fried potato kempo" shop, and we are selling demonstrations. It is said that the flavorful potato kenpo, which is blended with tanned oil using Spanish olive oil and fried in Kinjiro oil, is limited to Nihonbashi. I miss the sweetness of crispy sweet potatoes, and I don't stop once I start eating. It seems that simple natural food without additives will be lined up again.

This is "Kotobuki-do" in Ningyocho. Founded in 1884, it is a long-established store. "Golden potato" rides on the palm. The yolk bean paste (white beans with yolk) is baked and plenty of cinnamon is covered. It is a popular person who has been lined up in shops for 100 years, and it is also a great souvenir. The paper bag contains Japanese sweets from spring, summer, autumn and winter, and you can see the sweets that appear in that season. The windy show window is decorated with flowers and sweets.
