Ginza Kikunoya Main Store
A long-established store founded in 131 years. Moved from Ginza Core Building to its current location on April 15, 2021. The current president, Ida, is the fifth generation. Starting with rice crackers, it transitioned to a focus on Japanese sweets, creating an atmosphere that can not be returned without buying something for the goodness of the people of the shop, especially the landlady. Of course, the taste also meets the expectations of customers. Our main product is Fukiyose, which was devised and designed by the third generation, and has been up to the present day. Raw confectionery and buns are manufactured at the store on the day, and in the case of missing items, the kindness that can be made by waiting at the store, according to President Ida, we are working hard every day with the goal of "comfortable and delicious food from the customer's point of view" That is. There is also a store in Tokyo Gift Palette, Hikarie, so please take a look at it once.
Fukiyose
Fukiyoro, a pillar product of our shop. The design changes depending on the season and delights visitors' eyes. It is designed and designed by the third generation, and there are plenty of versions such as Children's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Summer Festival, etc. It contains many kinds of sweets such as sugar confectionery, rice crackers, fallen goose, bean confectionery, cookies, golden brown sugar, Mount Fuji, chrysanthemums, maples, cherry blossoms, hammered hammers, bream, pine needles, and pine needles. In particular, it seems to have a good reputation for his wife and children. Please come and visit us at first glance.
Fried manju
This product was developed by the fourth generation, and was commercialized with the idea of using Macadamia nuts grown in the local wilderness when we started introducing Japanese sweets in Australia for buns. The surface of a flat bun is wrapped in a crash of Macadamia nuts and fried. It is a unique product that matches the crisp texture and taste of Macadamia nuts with less sweet bean paste. I also purchased it and ate it two days later, but it was not hard and the crispy feeling remained firm and it was delicious, but at the time of the interview, President Ida requested that you eat freshly fried by all means, After all, freshly fried was delicious. In our shop, we wanted to make this product the second pillar after Fukiyoro. There was a story that there was still a shortage of advertising, but unfortunately when I visited the shop during the consecutive holidays, fried buns were sold out.
There is also a set with other Japanese sweets and Fukiyoro.
