Rose-chan of Takashimaya loved by men and women of all ages

When you enter from the front entrance on the first floor of the main building of Nihonbashi Takashimaya S.C., you can see the guide next to the marble pillars on the left and right.
Rose in uniform welcomes you.
Rose is a symbol character of Takashimaya, a Christmas promotion in the fall of 1959.
It is said that the mascot doll "Happy-chan" was created for decoration.
In the vicinity of the landing of the central stairs behind the elevator in front of the main building, and on the side of the stairs on the northeast corner of the first floor, there is also a view of the stairs.
Rose-chan's poster, which symbolizes each era, is displayed in the forehead.
Rose of Takashimaya is still loved by men and women of all ages, more than 60 years after birth.
When I see Rose, I feel refreshed and happy for some reason.
It is one of my pleasures to visit Nihonbashi Takashimaya.
