Higashiya Ginza teahouse
Mr. Higashiya, who sometimes bothers me because the package is very fashionable, this is the first time that the teahouse in the back is always full today. I am fascinated by seasonal raw sweets, but I had too much lunch, so this time I decided to have a recommended "new tea". "Yutaka Midori" is a new tea from Kagoshima (1,700 yen). The teapot seen for the first time, the color of the new tea is vivid when the lid is shifted. Three kinds of pickles were served in a timely manner. It seems that the temperature of the hot water gradually increases, such as 2 and 3 roasts, and the richness of tea increases. After the third roasting, small plates, chopsticks, and a little salt came out. "Please try some tea leaves," "Eh!"
The three roasted tea leaves did not taste very much. I think it's better to take vitamin C until the end.
