I went there!
"Kyobashi Hito, Koto, Toki (Chronics) Tsunagi 2023, Early Summer"
One year before the Sanno Festival!
Hello, it's "Take-chan". As I introduced on the blog the other day, I went to "Kyobashi Hito / Koto / Toki (Chronics) Tsunagi 2023 / Early Summer"! On the day of the typhoon. Take-chan, who believed that he would not lose to both the rain and the wind, also had heavy rain and wind that could break a little. However, I went diagonally from Kyobashi Station and went to the entrance hall on the first floor of the Museum Tower Kyobashi.
Map
The first thing you will see when you enter the venue is an old map that seems to be from the Edo period. It is written as Tsukiji, Hatchobori, and Nihonbashi Minami. If you look closely at this map, you can see Nihonbashi on the right and Kyobashi on the big street to the left? But even if you look closely, the place name Kyobashi is not written. Why?
That's right. The place name Kyobashi is said to be a place name created in 1931.
Half coat
Next, I came to my eyes. A short coat with a unique design for each town council. It seems that the attention of each town council appears in the half coat. It seems that they sometimes wear half clothes not only during festivals but also during the activities of the town council. The color is astringent and cool!
portable shrine
portable shrine of Kyobashi 1-chome Town Association is currently under maintenance at Nakadai Seisakusho in Gyotoku. portable shrine of Kyobashi 1-chome Town Association, which was produced around 1952. At present, I was able to see the situation on the panel. Even if you want to make this portable shrine now, there seems to be a problem that there are no craftsmen who can make it or that you can not get tools to make it.
I didn't even know Take-chan, but Gyotoku seems to be one of the leading producers of portable shrine in Japan. Nakadai Seisakusho is said to be a portable shrine shop that has been able to produce everything from wood production to decorative metal fittings, sculptures, lacquering, gold leaf and assembly and completion since the Edo period. Mr. JUMI of Chuo FM went to Nakadai Works to interview and said, "I was surprised at the technical skills."
Festival in the Kyobashi area (Sanno festival)
The Kyobashi area is the shrine parishioner of Hie-jinja Shrine, and one of the world festivals, the Sanno Festival, has been held since the Edo period. It used to be held on June 15 in old calendar, but now it is alternately with Kanda festival once every two years around mid-June. This year, the Kanda festival was held the other day.
A good thing.....That's right. This time next year, it's just the Sanno Festival! It's a place where I want to liven up with everyone.
But how can I participate in the Sanno Festival? Don't worry! If you consult with the town council in the Kyobashi area, they will tell you carefully. How to get a short coat, what procedures are required to wear clothes on the day ofmanners and portable shrine?....If you have any questions, I'd like to ask you.
That's all about it.
