Therefore, I decided to resume training even if it was cold, and went to "Harumirai, Chuo Ward Harumi Regional Exchange Center", which I was worried about since opening on December 17 last year.
There is also a bicycle parking lot, so it is nice that people living in the city can easily access and use it.

The photo shown is only the exterior, but it is also a new facility that has just opened. Training studio, footbath, warm bath space (floor heating is provided, space where you can sit on several chairs and cushions), learning studios and restaurants are not yet crowded, so you can use it comfortably.
In addition, in the space on the first floor, there is also an easy-to-understand history chronology that summarizes the history of Chuo-ku, including Harumi and Tsukishima, and you can also visit for study.
In the exhibition studio and training studio on the first floor, various items and signs that will become Legacy of the global sports festival are displayed, and it is very luxurious to be able to exercise and relax in such an environment!
The training studio used this time is commissioned and operated by Konami Sports Co., Ltd.
There are staff who have the know-how of exercise guidance at all times, so even those who use it for the first time are safe.
I've been sweating happily for about two hours while teaching me various things.
If you take the first course and issue a ward discount use certificate, the central ward can use it for 350 yen for 2 hours and 700 yen for 4 hours.

There is also an effective open space on the premises of HARUMI FLAG, so there is an area where people who use nearby green roads and parks can freely pass.
In addition, when I visited the site of Harumi Wharf for the first time in a long time, the demolition of the building at the Harumi Passenger Terminal was completed.
There is a loneliness that the characteristic building, which was also used as a location, has disappeared, but you can see the monument "Fu medium Ginran" on the outdoor deck, and "I will be able to enjoy fantastic reflections at dusk in the future! "
