Cherry Blossoms and canola flower's "Kyoen" @ Hamarikyu Garden

Following the long-awaited declaration of flowering of cherry blossoms (Yoshino cherry tree) on March 29, Tokyo, I visited Hamarikyu Garden the other day (April 2). I'm looking for cherry blossoms and "Kyoen" from canola flower, a specialty of Hamarikyu. The best time to see canola flower is from late February to mid-March, but the cherry blossoms bloomed (it was still three minutes blooming on the day).…I was able to enjoy it at the beginning of April.

In addition, "Kyoen" could not be determined whether the kanji of "competition (competition of performance and performance)" "co-star (playing together)" or "co-performance (playing together)" is optimal. Therefore, it is written in hiragana.

Hamarikyu's Japanese black pine "300 Years of Pine" is famous, but a little rare tagyomatsu (tagyosho, above photo) is also planted. It is a horticultural variety made by contacting Japanese red pine with Japanese black pine. The shape of an umbrella with branches from the base is unique. I think the attraction of Hamarikyu is that you can appreciate a variety of trees.

From late April to early May, wisteria is in full bloom. Next time, on "Midori Day (May 4)," where the admission fee is free, I will go to see the wisteria trellis (pictured above) on the bridge of Shioiri Pond.
