Tsukiji Honganji worship card flower festival buddhist cuisine published in Honganji Shimpo

Tsukiji Honganji Shimpo's special feature is the buddhist cuisine that can be made at home, taught by the chef Shimizu.
It carefully describes how to make sesame tofu, mackerel yuba, Rikyu fu and cucumber sesame vinegar, mochi yuba sashimi, car fu square boiled, and white miso kenchin soup.
