The Nihonbashi Dock is a dock completed at the base of Nihonbashi in 2011. It was opened to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the current Nihonbashi (20th generation) being bridged. Kabuki actors Sakata Tojuro and Danjuro Ichikawa participated in the completion ceremony, and a monument ceremony was held. It was named "Sou Juro Riverside" by two Juros.
