2025 A bright scarlet color that colors early spring

Kanhizakura (Kanhizakura) is a warm-temperate cherry tree native to Taiwan and southern China, blooms in a half-open shape as if closed in a bell-shaped downhill, and has a vivid scarlet petals The biggest feature is that it is attached, and it stands out when it is still cold because it blooms ahead of ordinary cherry blossoms. Also known as New Year's Day Cherry Blossom, Taiwan Cherry Blossom, and Hikazakura. It is sometimes called Hikanzakura, but I heard that it is often called Kanhizakura in recent years because it is easily confused with Hikanzakura. Its characteristics are attracting attention and are used to create many new species of cherry blossoms. Unlike Yoshino cherry tree, petals do not flutter one by one, and fall with a calyx. The distribution area of Yoshino cherry tree is generally from Central Hokkaido to Kagoshima Prefecture, and Kanhizakura is used instead of Yoshino cherry tree, which is used as a sample tree for the expected flowering of cherry blossoms in Okinawa Prefecture and the declaration of flowering. The vivid scarlet color of Kanhizakura planted in the Hamarikyu Onshi Garden Hanakien shines in the clear blue sky and creates a glossy look.
