Chuo-ku, where children learn, Part 4 "Nature Life in Chuo-ku-Let's discover and observe brackish creatures-"
This is Edamame, a correspondent with children.♪
Surprisingly (?) I have been introducing books that children who can learn can pick up about three times in the past.
Part 1 → http://tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/detail.php?id=677
Part 2 → http://tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/detail.php?id=686
Part 3 → http://tokuhain.chuo-kanko.or.jp/detail.php?id=890
This time it may be a little different.
Until now, it was said that “the children will learn using this.”
I would like to introduce this time because the aspect of "teaching from children" is quite large.
"Nature Life in Chuo-ku-Let's discover and observe brackish creatures-"
This is the result of examining, thinking, and summarizing the creatures of Tsukudabori, "Children in Chuo-ku."
What is Tsukudabori in the first place? ?
First of all, what is Tsukudabori?
It is a moat that is connected to the Sumida River in Tsukuda 1-chome, Chuo-ku
It's the place near the end of the map's "waterway that looks like an L-shaped upside down".
If you have taken the Chuo-ku Tourism Test, you can find nearby Tsukuda Kobashi or Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.
It is also a frequent item of the test, so I think you've seen it well.
It is connected to the bottom basin of the Sumida River, so this is a brackish water area.
Brackish water = fresh water and seawater are mixed.
Such brackish water areas often become quite rich as a living habitat.
Produced by "Chuo-ku Children's Nature Correspondent"
The author is "The 3rd Chuo-ku Children's Nature Correspondent".
Organized by the NPO Environmental Learning Study Group, children in Chuo-ku interact with the local nature, notice, investigate, and record it.
He seems to have been working on producing images, picture books, maps and picture books.
This "third" is the result of what was implemented in 2008 (2008).
The contents are a three-piece set of picture books, maps (also simple picture books), and DVDs.
Picture books and maps based on children's handwritten sketches
It's easy to understand.
If you look at the video on the DVD, you can see that a wide variety of creatures live here.
I'm rather a humanistic person, and I don't know much about living things.
I know there are so many creatures! And I was quite surprised
Although it is Chuo-ku with the impression that it is in the middle of the city
It means that if you look properly, you can meet various natures.
I think you've been reminded.
If you are interested, go to the Central Library!
Yes, of course.
This "3-point set" has both three municipal libraries.
And it seems that the research results of "Chuo-ku Children's Nature Correspondent" conducted in other fiscal years are also held.
Please feel the appearance of Chuo-ku, which may be a hidden treasure trove of nature!
