Hello, it's "Take-chan". I'm celebrating my third New Year as a correspondent. It has become a New Year's annual event, but this year I went to Kyobashi Edgran on January 3rd. Speaking of Kobiki-cho, the place where many wood grinders (Kibiki) craftsmen who have been renovating Edo Castle since the Edo period lived. Although the name is now changed to Higashiginza and Ginza, there are lots of delicious gourmets near Kabukiza and Shimbashi Performing Arts Center. On weekends, you can see a lot of shops lined up. Opened in 1995, "Kappo cuisine Kimura" was opened in this area where his husband took over the name of his predecessor and was once called Kibikicho. In 1999, the landlady married and mainly consisted of two people. The master is a chef who is particular about fish.
