Hello. It's Take-chan. This time, I visited Kappo cuisine Kimura in the old Kibiki town.

Speaking of Kobiki-cho, the place where many wood grinders (Kibiki) craftsmen who have been renovating Edo Castle since the Edo period lived. Although the name is now changed to Higashiginza and Ginza, there are lots of delicious gourmets near Kabukiza and Shimbashi Performing Arts Center. On weekends, you can see a lot of shops lined up.

Opened in 1995, "Kappo cuisine Kimura" was opened in this area where his husband took over the name of his predecessor and was once called Kibikicho. In 1999, the landlady married and mainly consisted of two people. The master is a chef who is particular about fish. It is a shop where fish lovers gather, where wholesalers from Tsukiji Market (currently Toyosu Market) also attend.

Please take a look. This luxurious feeling. Tatsuta fried cod, fried eggplant yashi Tang, fried sardine pottery, pumpkin, chawanmushi, and even new incense. I'm too happy to be able to eat such a delicious authentic Kappo cuisine dish for 1500 yen!

Of course, there seems to be a luxurious lunch in a private room from noon. The 4,000 yen course includes sashimi, boiled fish, and dessert 7,000 yen course is pre-added, specially made, and 3 other dishes, meals and desserts.

You need to make a reservation at night. You can enjoy dishes centered on fish in a relaxed atmosphere. Take-chan also used it several times for an important dinner, but the attention of the shop people was perfect and I was able to enjoy the meal with peace of mind.
