When Harunobu Suzuki died in the first year of Yasunaga (1772), he was renamed Isoda Koryusai in 1773 and established the successor position of Harunobu Suzuki.

And in Tenmei 2 (1782), he was appointed as an honorable position as a painter, "Hokkyo: Title given here to doctors, Buddhist priests, painters, religious singers, etc. according to the monk's rank)". Was.

What Isoda Ryusai was good at was "Pillar picture (I will describe later)".

However, the representative work is "Hinagata Hajime Wakana pattern". This is a collaboration project with the Nishiki-e series depicting the gorgeous amusement culture of Edo, and the wonderful Tsutashige along this era and place.

It was Tsutashige and Nishimuraya, a joint versioner. Tsutashige, it was supposed to debut as a publisher in fine weather.
