Since then, they have been offering “chicken baskets” at events, etc. irregularly, but since they were sold out, many fans have expressed their desire to revive.

That's right!
As you may know, Ginza Candle is one of the famous historical stores loved by literary writers such as Yukio Mishima and Yasunari Kawabata, stars such as Akihiro Miwa, movie actors, singers, etc.

The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with a total of about 15 seats, including table seats and counter seats.

As the signboard says FRIED CHICKEN, the signboard product has been popular since Ginza's founding, "original!" Chicken basket that is said to be the most delicious in the world!
It is said that it was the first time in Japan to offer chicken baskets found at a diner in the U.S. base.
Currently, the number is limited because it is rented, but you can take a closer look at some of the 300 sign cards of many celebrities who visited the Ginza era at this table.♪

The history of Ginza is very tasteful, from Yukio Mishima, the signatures of Akihiro Miwa written as "The Universe", to those with the seasons written in 1958, and those with mainly candle paintings instead of the signatures.

Ginza Candle, which was reopened by the third generation owner at the end of October 2019, uses carefully selected young birds from Kagoshima Prefecture, high-quality breadcrumbs and vegetable high-grade oils that have not changed since Ginza was founded.

I was worried about not only chicken but also buns, so I decided to have a sandwich this time.♪

After a while, I came out in a cute basket!

The first thing I thought was, "The surface of the buns looks shiny and delicious!" Two points, "The onion and lemon are fashionable!"
According to what I heard, the buns are baked on Nanbu iron and the outside is baked fluffy inside.
It was an unexpected discovery that we had such a commitment before we arrived at chicken.♪

And the essential sandwich is coated with mustard etc. in advance.
However, unlike the mustard of the most common fast food restaurant, the exquisiteness that makes use of the chicken itself rather than scrapping out the taste of chicken itself.
