French restaurant Manger et Boire NAGAO (Mangee Boir Nagao)

Manjee Boirl means "eat and drink" in French. A long-established restaurant that celebrates its 20th anniversary next year in November 2000, located on the back street opposite Ginza Matsuya. Chef Nagao and Madame correspond. Both of them are familiar with wine and serve delicious food and wine in a sommelier. The chef turned from Japanese food to French, and his particular attention to fish is considerable. Every day, fresh seasonal ingredients purchased at the market are used up on the day. That's why lunch is only Saturday, and we focus on dinner. The seats are compact with 16 seats and keep an eye on every corner of the dish. They also combine the sauce with the wine brought in, and value the marriage of wine and food. It seems that some customers use it for wine parties. The photo shows an appetizer, a white fish carpaccio, a salad of mozuku crab, a caviar tailoring of grilled eggplant and a mullet shirako, a jelly sardine of Ezo deer, and a rum raw ham.

Madame's parents' home is Rumi Yale Co., Ltd. in Yamanashi Prefecture, where they buy a wide variety of fields such as Koshu, Semyon, Chardonnay, Delaware, Muscat Berry A, Caberne Sauvignon, etc., all of which are bio wine. The photo shows sparkling wine Koshu (London Silver Award, Japan Wine Competition Silver Award, etc.), Koshu (wine made of barrels), Muscat Berry A Nouveau, and a lineup of wines from all over the world, including a wide variety of French wines. The cost of bringing in wine is currently 2,000 yen per bottle.
