Coredo Muromachi Terrace Tominishiki FUJIN TREE

Tominishiki, a famous Taiwanese restaurant located on the 2nd floor of Cored Muromachi Terrace, was founded in 2014 in the lush greenery of Fujinji near Matsuyama Airport in Taipei, and it is said that champagne is also a delicious restaurant.

The introduction on the menu states that in 2018, it was selected as one of the "10 Best Gourmets to Eat" recommended by the Taiwan government.

At the first shop, to eat at lunch, I ordered a recommended set after a lost phrase.　It is 1,800 yen (excluding consumption tax).

There is also a dish that is familiar with Taiwanese cuisine.

The hoodine tree set is like a medicinal dish and I felt it was good for health. (I haven't confirmed it) The soup felt as if it had a spider fruit. Also, I thought that Taiwan fried tofu uses dashi taken from seafood as a secret ingredient. The stir-fried chicken and basil sauce was also very delicious.

 

Familiar dishes include Takarajima rice flour (Taiwan Beefun), stir-fried water lotus vegetables and nuts, and fried Taiwan tofu. There are also meat dishes such as pork belly, nutme and hibiscus sauce.

　Desserts include familiar apricot tofu, bean flowers, peanut tofu (peanut tofu), wealthy bean flowers, and shaved ice from Taiwan blue mango.

After ordering or worrying about whether to order dessert, I felt like I gave up the dessert and wanted to drink delicious tea.

For tea, I ordered the Touto Tea Ryu, "Ouroncha, Mt. Kinkayacha", but I ordered the frozen oolong tea 4th season spring (Tououroncha, Shiki) that I have drunk.　Oolong tea has been drinking oolong tea every day for nearly 40 years since we got married for the first time in St. Macho Island in 1976, but we have never drank such delicious tea in the home city of Taipei and Takao in Taiwan.　

As soon as it is contained in the mouth, the fragrant scent spreads, and it is a noble taste of Etsuraku that is difficult to express. From the glass teapot, we enjoyed 4 cups of golden tea.

I am very satisfied to spend a happy and luxurious time slowly.
