The location is Kisuke Nihonbashi Muromachi Building 1F, 4-4-3 Nihonbashi Muromachi. Go up from JR Shin-Nihonbashi Station A4 and 20m toward Kanda. It is a southern building with an explanation monument of "Kunimachi Bell Ruins" facing Chuo-dori.
