Excellent sushi and wine at the three-star Yoshitake Michelin Yoshitake

On the birthday of my husband at the end of the year, I went to the Michelin three-star sushi Yoshitake in Ginza.

I saw the last episode of the drama Grand Maison Tokyo the day before.
Mr. Yoshitake was present at the Michelin award ceremony.
It was very timely.

The menu is one of the omakase courses.
How much a crab, how much a specialty abalone liver sauce, etc.
A lot of tidbits came out first
All of them are surprisingly delicious.
The jelly and sauce that can be served are unique.
There are also French elements, so the wine is in trouble.

And finally, it's time.
This was all delicious, too.
It's a combination of a medium and large toro.
It's an unforgettable part.

Mr. Yoshitake is a very friendly person.
The drama of the Grand Maison actually uses a true Michelin award ceremony.
It's a story that synthesizes images.
There was no red carpet every year, but there was only this year.
I heard a lot of back stories (laughs).

And the other wonderful thing was the sommelier and wine.
Open 7 kinds of foam and white wine.
The conversation with Sommelier was also very fun!
This is the first time that you can enjoy such a lot of glass wine at a sushi restaurant.

I'm sorry that there are no pictures of sushi because it is prohibited to take pictures.
On the way home, I had a photo with Yoshitake & sommelier in front of the shop.
It was a very fun time.
