What is J.S.A. SAKE DIPLOMA?

This is a certification system for the name qualification specializing in sake by the Japan Sommelier Association, chaired by Shinya Tazaki, famous as a sommelier.

In other words, "qualification to become a sake professional".

In fiscal 2017, when the first certification test was conducted, 1,458 sake diplomas were born.
