We visited Nihonbashi Main Store and introduced the seasonal fruits of this season.

Healthy and delicious strawberries that are carefully grown one by one by one by high cultivation (a cultivation method that makes use of advanced technology) and bathed in the sun.

It is from Nagasaki with a sugar content of 13 degrees.

It was born in 1972 by a hybrid of "Ponkan" and "Kiyomi" at the Orchard Experiment Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Nagasaki Prefecture (currently the National Institute of Agriculture and Food Technology Research Organization).

The variety name is "Shiranui", but it is "Dekopon" because it is Kiyomi Ponkan with deco.

The skin is easy to peel and you can eat the whole bag.

There are few seeds.

You can enjoy the harmony of the wonderful sweetness and sourness.

"There are big sizes, aren't they?

Decopon is immovable, so it's easy to eat by hand and you can also eat thin skin inside, so you can see if you peel it off, but the texture, sweetness and acidity are well balanced.'

Hoshi persimmon made using a unique manufacturing method using selected Saijo persimmon from Shimane Prefecture.

Peel and dry in the sun for 2 weeks, then ripen in a closed room for about 3 weeks.

It has a high sugar content and a mellow gem.

The white powder on the surface is crystallized with persimmon sugar.

In addition, there is also "Korogaki" for 2,700 yen per piece [Yamanashi Prefecture].
