The marche of the Sun, a vegetable market directly sent from production areas.

Did you know that an event called "marche of the Sun" is held once a month at Tsukishima Daini Children's Park?
marche means "market" in French, and fresh vegetables and fruits, specialty jams and seasonings are sold directly by producers.
It will be held on the second weekend of every month, so most recently it will be February 8 (Sat) and 9 (Sun), 2020.
The marche of the Sun is the largest in Japan, with approximately 100 stores opening in urban marche, which began in September 2013. Originally, marche started to create a place for local neighborhood associations to gather people, and recently it has become popular with 15,000 people visiting in two days. The price may seem a bit "high", but fresh vegetables are still attractive.
After buying vegetables directly from the production area in the space "marche of the Sun" like a blue sky city in Europe, I think it's fun to stroll around here such as Monja Street.
