The day when Tokyo Marathon 2020 Tokyo becomes one
The Tokyo Marathon 2020 will be held on March 1st.
The Tokyo Marathon has been held every year since 2007, but when you walk around the city, you will be "ukiukiuki".
There is an advertising banner called "Day when Tokyo becomes one" on the advertisement pillar of the pavement in Ginza.
The word "joy of running, supporting pride and supporting pleasure" is displayed as the will of the whole Ginza society.
Studs at 10km point
By the way, the starting point is in front of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government in Nishishinjuku, and in the middle of the 42.195km course to Goyuki-dori, studs are hit on a place (paved curb) as a guide.
In Chuo-ku, there is a 10km-point stud on the Chuo-dori side of Colled Nihonbashi.
Studs at 30km point
And since Ginza 5-chome is a 30km point, I went on a "trip to search for tacks" from Ginza 4-chome police box (footnote) toward Tokyu Plaza if it would be here. The runner came from Nihonbashi, so I made three round trips that it would be about 100 meters around the intersection, but I couldn't find it.
I wondered if there were restrictions on hitting the studs, so I decided to walk from Wako to Fujiya.
As a result of my close look, I found it on the curb on the road side of the subway entrance B4 in front of TEIJIN MEN'S SHOP. Don't go down the road because it's dangerous to come and go.
When I passed Wako-mae from Nihonbashi, Harumi-dori St. became a one-way street, and I got information from a friend that I ran on the right side, so I thought, "I see!"
