Katsudon vs special katsudon

There are three long-established restaurants in Nihonbashi Ningyocho 1-chome (opposite amazake Yokocho).

Founded in 1904, this year's 116-year-old Western dish, Raifuku-tei (Katsudon), treasure history 10 years old, Tamahide (Oyakodon), 260 years old, and Koharuken, a 108-year-old Western dish in 1912 (Katsudon). This time, I would like to introduce you. Both stores are small shops that will be full if you enter 10 people with a retro appearance. Western cuisine is a dish and culture that grew up in Japan since the Meiji era. May Raifukutei and Koharuken, who have protected it for more than 100 years, continue for a long time.
