A bakery and picture pictsures in Tanne
Until March 29, a German bread shop "Tanene" in Hamacho, a picture of Miwa Yamaguchi is displayed in the cafe space inside the store. This is the 10th solo exhibition by a contemporary artist entitled "Breaders and Pictures" began after the renovation of the shop in 2014. President Yukiko Sato says, "I want to provide a space where people can enjoy painting and support young artists, just as people in the city enjoy bread and tea." .
Miwa Yamaguchi
Mawa Yamaguchi was born in Tokyo, completed a Ph.D. program at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2013, completed the Stuttgart Art Academy Diploma program in Germany in 2017, and this is the first solo exhibition in Tanne with Germany. Drawing (line drawing) and oil paint show facial expressions and scenery.
Mr. Sato says that it is a small place that is not a gallery specification, but Mr. Yamaguchi's paintings that blend into large windows and white walls seem to want to stay in a chic and wonderful space forever. "Tane" wants you to be in the city where you live, thinking that you will be able to make a big leap forward with this solo exhibition.
