WAKO , May 2020
In mid-May, I went back to the clinic and came in front of the window of Ginza Wako, which is closed for self-restraint to prevent COVID-19.
The window on the right side of the front window depicts the characters who have decorated the show window so far walking around the city of Ginza happily. These characters have been introduced to their current works since 1952.
In front of the show window
In the front window, Mount Fuji is arranged almost in the middle, and it is not visible to pigeons in the sky, but I think that the bird of Tokyo, Yurikamome, is depicted. A little to the left is a penguin, white bear, sailing ship, and a lovely woman profile. A message is also written in the lower left corner. And then
The show window on the left is shown.
We are preparing for a better tomorrow.
It is written. It's a word that cheers us up.
A better tomorrow will come soon. I'm sure you'll show you a wonderful Mr. Wako in June.
It's a little more patience until then.
PS. "The translation is, 'We are preparing a better tomorrow.' That said, I am preparing for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics 2020 City Cast."
