Your love and water-Ginza mushroom
Just a year ago, the order form for home delivery of vegetables at home included a Shiitake mushroom cultivation kit called "Ginza mushroom". I excessively reacted to the letters of Ginza-Chuo-ku, ordered immediately, and the product received was like a roll cake box.

The only way to grow is to avoid direct sunlight, wrap it in vinyl, spray water twice a day with fog, and watch with affection. It can be grown easily in the kitchen.
It grew steadily every day, and it became possible to harvest in about 10 days. The fresh taste was exceptional.

This Shiitake is a product of a shop called [CTAKEO] Ginza Rainbow Forest, and the owner carried this fungus bed by bicycle from Friday evening and sold it on the street corner of Ginza. Unfortunately, it is not currently sold in Ginza, but you can order mushrooms that are likely to enrich your home time by mail order.
