A place where delicious joy is born-Tsukiji Bon Marche ~

I've been to Tsukiji for a long time. I missed the scenery for the first time in three months, unusual, and I was walking as a tourist. The restaurant I wanted to go with the cancellation of self-restraint is the Italian restaurant "Tsukiji Bon Marche" on the second floor of the Tsukiji KY Building.

When you enter inside, the gorgeous fresh flowers of Ginza Japanese pampas grass frolist will welcome you. He seems to have them live twice a week. The vases and decorative dishes are decorated with Karatsu ware, pottery and crafts purchased directly from the production area, and the expectations for cooking and the joy of eating out are enhanced.

The wine chosen by the store manager and sommelier Takayama is a rose that can only be drunk at this store in Japan. It is a wine made in a winery set up by a restaurant owner who worked in Tuscany, Italy. It goes well with buffalo cheese and prosciutal ham, tuna, Suzuki, salmon roe, and onion, and is refreshing.

The corn is produced in Imabari, Ehime Prefecture, and the sweetness of vegetables spreads in the mouth.

Pasta is a traditional Sicily-born short pasta called Casa Lecce. The cross section is an S-shaped curve, and the sauce is easy to get entangled in the groove, so it is a Japanese taste with cherry shrimp and large leaves.

A combination of Saga beef roast beef and organic vegetables baked slowly at low temperature with flavored vegetables. I go directly to the production area and value the connection with the producers.

This is a set of chirashi sushi. Fresh seafood is luxuriously served with sea urchins, salmon roe, and button shrimp, making it as delicious as eating sushi at the market.

For dessert, matcha from Kotobuki Tsukido, located on the first floor of this building, is used. It's a dark and mellow ice cream.

There is also a take-out corner on the first floor, which sells a variety of wines, including focaccia sandwiches and wines mentioned earlier.

"Tsukiji Bon Marche" was a restaurant of "Tsukiji cuisine" based on Italian and made from domestic ingredients and Tsukiji ingredients. Even when the market moved to Toyosu, I thought, "Delicious Tsukiji is alive!", And one of the joys of visiting Tsukiji has increased.
