How about "My Dorayaki" in Kibiki-cho "Yoshiya"?
On the NHK BS travel program "World Fureai Town Walking" and "Ginza Special" (February 4, 2020, 20:00-21:00 broadcast), Kabuki actor Matsuya Onoe is the Ginza 4-chome intersection. → Hodo Inari → Around Matsuya → After introducing classic courses such as the Okuno Building, Kabukiza Theater → I went to the neighborhood of Kibikicho (the back of Kabukiza) and introduced "Yoshiya" of dorayaki. It is a long-established store founded in 1922, and is currently run by the third generation, its three sisters, and a total of five nephews. I learned from this program that customers could make their own "My Brand" and make their own "Dorayaki", so I visited and heard the story, and my last name "Yoshie" was changed to a variant kana (60 years I wrote it with a brush for the first time in 60 years) and asked for a seal production. (Initially, it was scheduled to be requested around March this year, but it was postponed until summer due to coronavirus infection.) The production price was ¥19,000 + consumption tax = ¥20,900, and it took about two weeks to produce.
Because it is a baked trowel, when the letters became smaller, the circle of "yo" collapsed, so some fonts were rejected, and the second "Yoshie" from the left was adopted. Once completed, you can make "My Dorayaki" with a seal from a minimum of 5 boxes. It's one of the world's most famous restaurants.
We have received permission to introduce on the blog, so we will introduce the dorayaki production process with the brand "Yoshie" and introduce the shop.
It is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop with a history of 90 years, standing behind the Kabukiza alley, and stands in the middle of a narrow alley. It seems that they also run a sweet shop at that corner. Dorayaki, which is baked from the morning, uses moist skin and the finest Hokkaido Tokachi red beans, and features a low sweetness. I asked for production on July 13 (my home is a new calendar, so this day will be the tray), and it was already made when it was manufactured in the morning and arrived at the store at 10:30.
This seal seems to be used in various scenes such as company names, logos, weddings, etc. in addition to seasonal seals, and many boxes were made besides my request.
Storage of original seals
The walls of the storefront are marked with an original seal, and some are decomposed and stored. The number of active operations is about 600, but the number of seals stored is about 6,000. It is an original brand seal of various companies and individuals such as Kabuki actors, movie companies, and IT companies. It seemed that there were quite a few companies with katakana names.
The price of one dorayaki is 140 yen. It's affordable. If you ask you to press a special seal, the price of dorayaki does not change.
"Yoshie" with a baked seal and nodorayaki
My blog name is yaz, but my last name is "Yoshie". This time, I tried to make "Yoshie" throat grille for promotion of the company I run. Looking at the opportunity, I will continue to order a little bit in the future.
