This is a rosemary sea, which cleanly covers "gifts and enjoy yourself."

This time, the 14th edition of the "Shrine with a Quiet Appearance from Ningyocho Station" series, introduces Suehiro Shrine.

We also talked to Mr. Hattori of Suehiro Shrine Miyaji.

『』 The inside is Mr. Miyaji's words.

Then...

A long history

Former Yoshihara Sojin Suehiro Shrine

Before the first year of Keicho (1596)

"Suehiro,"

Name of Enho 3rd year (1675)

Vaisravana, the god of the festival, Uganomi Tamamei, and four other pillars:

May 22, Reitaisai festival

Gojinho Nakakei (Chukei: a fan, here also referred to as "Suehiro Ogi")

ancient document (Documents from Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kyoto and other cultural properties in Chuo-ku)

Prosperity of Shintoku Sales and Enhance Merchy

Suehiro Shrine was enshrined around the current precincts as "Inarizuka" before the first year of Keicho (1596).

Therefore, it is the salvation of at least 420 years ago.

Genna [Genna] 3 years (1617) prostitute owners, Jinnemon Shoji, etc. obtained permission from the Shogunate and pioneered the surrounding area, which was an undeveloped swamp at that time, and Edomachi 1, 2-chome, Kyomachi 1, 2-chome We decided and opened prostitute town.

This was the beginning of "Yoshiwara: Tomo Yoshiwara", and as the town flourished, people worshiped our company as the landowner god and deity.

In 1656, the Shogunate ordered the relocation of Yoshihara to expand the city of Edo, and Yoshihara was destroyed by the Great Fire of the Meiryaku era the following year.

In the same year, he moved to the current Asakusa and opened "Shin Yoshihara".

After the relocation of Yoshihara, Namba-cho (Naniwa Cho: current Ningyocho 2-chome Naniwa-kai), Sumiyoshicho (current Ningyocho 2-chome Ninobe-cho), Takasagocho (currently the southern part of Tomizawa-cho), Shinwa Izumicho (Shinizumicho: the present guardian angel 3-chome eastern part of Ningyocho) was born.

There were many residences of officials serving the Shogunate around our company, so these reverences seemed to have been deep.

During the late Tokugawa shogunate period, many tamagaki, curtains and furnishings were dedicated to the shrine.

The former shrine hall was burned down by the Great Tokyo Air Raid in 1945 and rebuilt in 1947.

The name of the company was derived from the fact that during the restoration of shrine hall in 1675, Suehiro fans were found in main hall, and the people of shrine parishioner were happy to celebrate the two characters Suehiro characters.

Therefore, it was called "Suehiro" about 340 years ago.

Actually, when shooting this explanation tag, a banner was hung, and if I paid it, I couldn't press the shutter of the tablet ... I was in trouble.

Then a young woman passing by said, "Would you like to bring a banner?" It was very helpful.

To thank you, I was able to leave with a smile.

"Ningyocho is a city of humanity," a wonderful city.

"The fan (the origin of the company name Suehiro) remains as a sacred treasure (goshinpo).

It has become a cultural property of Chuo-ku.

The fact that the spread came out means that it came to be crowned "Suehiro Shrine", but until then, even if you look at ancient document, there was really only Inari Shrine (Inarizuka) It seems that there was.

You didn't seem to have your name properly.

After the name Suehiro was given, from Fushimi of Kyoto, this is "Suehiro Shrine", and if it is a neat shrine dedicated to Inari, there is a letter of permission. ]

At the center of the precincts, slightly back, at the base of the sacred tree on the left ...

The right back is the stone monument of "Hagumi".

"The neighborhood of Ningyocho was almost protected by the" Hagumi ".

Sugimori Shrine, Matsushima Shrine, and Suehiro Shrine.

It is a stone monument that is also protected here.

However, the installation of this monument will be after the earthquake.

There is no "how many years installation" in the record.

In the center, in front of the tree, there is a stone monument written as "Ishidoku".

"This was also built around the beginning of the Showa era.

I don't know where the record is certain.'

On the left, a small decoration, it seems that it was actually displayed on the shrine shelves.

"This is Mr. Inari, the watchman.

Mr. Yoshiwara's watchman came in our shrine parishioner area and worshiped Mr. Inari.

Every year, the worship of Hatsuuma was neat, but the relocation and relocation gradually reduced to household miniature shrine, making it impossible to worship.

It was Inari-san who bothered me, so I brought us to worship it.

However, this Inari seems to have been a temple-affiliated Inari, and we (from the Shinto) are difficult to enshrine, so we take care of it and decorate it carefully.

I can't build a company.

Then, Mr. Miban, we, Suehiro, came to join this decoration.

Since then, my sister, everyone, and this ornament have come to visit.

God does not come here, but he says, "Please protect me."

Our company is one of the tours of Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods.

It is the shrine of Vaisravana, as it was in enshrined deity.

Vaisravana's virtues are better luck.

However, since the religion of plague suppression has been gathered for a long time, there are many shrines in worshiper that pray for various sacred virtues, as well as protection against misfortune, improvement of fortune, prosperity of Fukutoku, etc.

This is the third company to introduce Nihonbashi Seven Lucky Gods.

May 26 8 Chanogi Shrine (Hubukuro-son) and June 3 9 Kasama Inari Shrine Tokyo Bessha (Shoujin) are also appreciated.

Chanogi Shrine is unmanned except New Year's Day.

For this reason, Mr. Hotei's vermilion seal stamp paper is kept at Suehiro Shrine.
