[Lunch in Ningyocho] The second long-established store, Ningyocho Tara

▲Lunch of Peruvian "Romosaltard" (1200 yen)

The taste of that famous store "Yaesu Toyoda" is even in Ningyocho!

In October 2017, a Japanese restaurant opened in the back alley of Ningyocho. The name of the shop is 'Tara.' Yaesu Toyoda, a long-established store founded in 1913, is said to be the first store that opened as the second store. Here, the owner of "Tara" is the wife of the fourth-generation owner of "Yaesu Toyoda".

Since I work close, I often use it for lunch. This time, we had lunch and talked about it.

First of all, I was worried about the store name "Tara" (Tara). In fact, I found that there is a Peru dish "Romosaltard", which is rare for a Japanese restaurant in the lunch menu, and I pinned it.

May Rain George, I was hooked on the folk music of Peru Bolivia when I was a student. While looking at the world map, I dreamed of a trip to Central and South America someday. So I remembered the port town TALARA (Tarara) in northern Peru. I wonder if I ask my husband... "Well, this is the first time you have known the name of a city in Peru!"

In any case, the owner's husband (the owner of "Yaesu Toyoda") spent his childhood at TALARA in Peru, and it seems that he put that memory in the store name. Therefore, he also offers dishes that add a little Peruvian taste to the taste of the long-established "Toyoda".

I've been to a Central and South America restaurant in Ginza, but I'm glad that you can easily enjoy Peruvian cuisine at a nearby restaurant and Japanese restaurant.

Introduction of "Tara" lunch

▲Ginger-grilled set meal (1000 yen) (left) and fried chicken set meal (1000 yen)

▲Fly platter set meal (1200 yen) (left) and sashimi set meal (1200 yen)

There are other set meals, mackerel miso set meal (1000 yen), beef hile bite steak and shrimp fried set meal (1800 yen). They are all very satisfying and delicious dishes.

This time, I received my second "Romosaltard". Romosaltard is one of the traditional Peruvian dishes made by stir-fried beef fin, onions, fries and tomatoes. It is a dish that uses Asian seasonings such as soy sauce, so I think it goes well with Japanese mouths. It is said that it is a "cultural mixed dish" made by the influence of the Chinese who moved to Peru.

Shops that are friendly to people with disabilities

▲The toilet is also OK. It is also compatible with ostomates!

The shop is also attentive to wheelchair customers, and when entering the store, there are three ladders corresponding to the steps. In addition, wheelchair-accessible toilets are also available.

In addition, the toilet is compatible with ostomates (people who build colostomy and artificial bladder).

It seems natural, but I think it is a wonderful consideration given to the fact that there are still few shops that support people with disabilities. From this, you can see that all the dishes served are loving and full of hospitality.

If you are thinking of lunch in Ningyocho, it is one of the shops that you should keep in mind. And it is recommended that you try the Peruvian lunch "Romosaltard" once.

I'd like to see you next time at night.

 There is a Peruvian drink...
