Koshu Yakitori Tori Volcano Yakitori is an art.

 Walking around amazake Yokocho in Ningyocho, I realize that there are more new shops.

"Koshu Yakitori Tori Volcano" opened in December 2019 and is a shop that I have been concerned about for a long time.

 Looking at the signboard in front of the shop, I decided to choose from two menus, a luxury dining table limited to weekends and holidays.

"Tori Volcano ¥ 1,800", "Tori Volcano Gozen Nami ¥ 1,400". Comparing the two, in consideration of cost performance, I ordered "Tori Volcano ¥ 1,800 (excluding consumption tax)" with pre-sake.

Tataki is a chicken that seems to be "Kai no Shingen chicken" roasted in Bincho charcoal from the left side of the Gozen. This is a crunchy texture.

Next, "Safety chicken", this is a soft rare. The texture is Very good.

The one on the right is "Skin Vinegar". Seasoning similar to Chinese-style flavored jellyfish. I have a good appetite.

It's a fresh salad, health-conscious. I'm running salad first.

For the pre-eating sake, we have delicious plum wine. The yakitori is the yakitori of Koshu Shingen chicken.

"Tsukune", which is made by kneading about seven kinds of meat, such as pure chickens, kneaded by hand, and the sauce of yakitori is exquisite. The raw egg is probably Koshu. The yolk is rich, soaked in yakitori and tsukune, or sprinkled on rice, it is the best. 

The right end of the foreground is "Koshu Hoto". There is a soup under the noodles, stir and eat! 

After this, a yuzu sherbet came out as a dessert. There is a refreshing feeling in my mouth.

In the photo, I made a special half of "2nd place Kai Shingen Chicken's Raw Ham". It was very delicious, and I enjoyed the smile and perfect Yakitori Gozen. I'm very satisfied with the number of recommended shops and menus.
