♪ Kachidokibashi Toyo No. 1 Movable Bridge
The Futaba Jumping Bridge, completed in 1940 (1945), opened the center of the bridge in a shape when the ship passed. The name of Kachidoki comes from the handover of Kachidoki, which started operation in 1905 to commemorate the fall of Port Arthur in the Russo-Japanese War. At the end of 1970, the bridge was no longer opened, but at the Kachidokibashi museum located at the base, valuable parts are displayed and tours are also held inside the bridge.
♪ Green Market in Kyobashi
Under the guard between today's Kyobashi 1-chome and Ginza 1-chome, the Kyobashi River used to flow, and Kyobashi was built around Ginza Street. At that time, a city selling vegetables has started, supporting the lives of people in Edo City. Vegetables are carried by boat along the river. The sight of radish lined up like a mountain is like a white flower.…It was described as "I'm happy."
♪ Irifunebashi intersection where shoes were made for the first time
In the Meiji era, the current Akashicho area has become a foreign settlement. In the neighboring town, Irifune, Minato, and Tsukiji, there were also foreign winds, and there were many shops for foreigners in entering the ship. On the side of Irifune 3-chome at the current Irifunebashi intersection, a monument is quietly buried in the bushes. 1870 (1870) Katsuzo Nishimura (Katsuzo Nishimura) made Western shoes (leather shoes) for the first time in Japan.
♪ The wealth of Genji store Ningyocho
Genya Okamoto, a physician of the Shogunate, raised his name by healing pox in the sixth shogun Tokugawa Iemitsu. Genji-ten is the place where the mansion was located. Famous for Edo Kabuki, "Yohanasaku Kina no Yokogushi" is a classic depicting the sad love of Yosaburo and Tomi, set in this Genji store.

The Oedo Festival Bon Odori Festival, which is held every August at Hamacho Park, began in 1990 (1990) as a festival that conveys the essence and humanity. Chuo-ku Ondo "This is Edo Bon Dance" is an original song written by Toyohisa Araki and composed by Shosuke Ichikawa, and the venue will be excited. There are also wagons of our sister city, Higashine City, Yamagata Prefecture, and the fair Corner.
